My first time and they were GREAT! Kind, honest and professional. I'll be going back from now on. They quoted work several hundred dollars less than the Jeep dealership and didn't pad the estimate with unnecessary work.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for 3 years and have always had a great experience. Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable service every time. They take the time to explain repairs, are fair with pricing, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Next Level Automotive truly lives up to their name! Eric and his team took excellent care of my Toyota Tacoma and I couldn't be more impressed. I came in dealing with brake issues and a stubborn suspension squeak that had been driving me crazy — they diagnosed everything quickly and got it all fixed without breaking the bank. What really stood out was how transparent they were throughout the entire process. Communication was top notch from start to finish — I always knew exactly what was going on and never felt left in the dark. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. This is a great shop to take your car to. The team here is incredible. Our family vehicle has been maintained here over the last couple months and all the repairs have been completed on time. The best part of the service here is the honesty and constant communication! You will always know what you are paying for and the prices are very reasonable! All I can say is that it was a wonderful experience dealing with NEXT LEVEL, Everyone was very kind and polite and knowledgeable. I have already passed on my dealings with a friend who plans to visit them very soon. I will be recommending them to anybody and everybody that will listen. They also have a mascot dog who will greet u at the door, (unfortunately I forget his name) but I won't forget meeting him lol. Team members are friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, & Justin took the time needed with me to explain the work performed & made recommendations for upcoming future visits. Justin was very transparent with digital pictures & documentation to substantiate what he was explaining to me. He answered all my questions. I called on Tuesday at 1pm to get my car breaks replaced and was able to get an appointment within a hr. I was help by Cristina and Rayan, both were professional and very friendly. I did have to leave my truck over night but Cristina dropped me home and picked me up when my truck was done. Pricing was reasonable for my services needed done and Rayan was very good at explaining the things that needed to be done. Overall experience was amazing and will refer everyone I know to experience their great customer service and efficient work thank you guys again!!!

My first experience with Next Level was excellent. They were professional and were able to get my problem addressed quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. With state of the art diagnostics, I received clear information on what will need to be addressed in order of importance, with clear photographs, as well as cost estimates. Pretty amazing. Rick was excellent clearly explaining what was needed and addressed all questions comprehensively. I do not post reviews, but everything to the first call to picking my vehicle was easy and must say flawless. I dealt with Tory, Justin, and Eric all good interactions. I have never seen a more detailed estimate. I can’t say enough good things about them. I will use them moving forward A++
