Accomplished Auto

I'm from Colorado and in town on a limited basis. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my cars. Accomplished Auto could not have done more to take care of me. The price was on target, too. Not only will I always take my car to Accomplished Auto when I'm in the Concord area, but my daughter (who lives in the area) will now take her car there as well

Lauren was very helpful with the brake light switch issue. She handled everything in a clear and professional way, and the communication was easy the whole time. I appreciated how she kept things simple, got the needed information together, and made sure it was handled without any confusion. Overall, Lauren did a great job and made the experience smooth from start to finish.

Anytime we have an Issue with our car Clint (the owner) and his awesome team take the time to check out my 2012 VW Passat and tell me everything that’s wrong with it. Everything is fair priced and they will even answer your questions honestly ! Such an amazing crew he has and I will definitely continue to take my car here for any repairs I have. Also they have loaner cars available so when they are working on your car and it make take longer than expected. You are more than willing to borrow a car of theirs in the meantime! Just so convenient and stress free if you need to continue with your day !!

Clint and his team are some of the best when it comes to auto repair and maintenance. I have used them for my Winnebago RV (Ford F-450) and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on it. They havre installed a tire monitor system, towing package to tow my Jeep, and an air suspension system to make it a smoother ride. While the most recent service was preventive maintenance, these guys can do it all!

Great customer service here! I have peace of mind, like others have stated, when given a comprehensive checklist of current or potential issues. I was provided with photos to match the feedback which is incredibly helpful. The shop is close to my work so that is how I found it and I'm super grateful I did. I had taken my vehicle in for planned repairs previously but this past week my car unexpectedly wouldn't start. For being a not so great start to my Friday, I can't tell you how seamless and helpful it was to be able to get it towed there on the same day and have parts ordered on the same day. I'm a mom so I was thankfully provided a loaner for the weekend which made the situation a million times easier for me to navigate. My car was repaired and ready to be picked up Monday morning. I'm very happy with the experiences I've had here and recommend them to anyone I know that needs car repair or maintenance done.

This shop is as detailed as you can get, with keeping you up to date throughout the entire process and answering any questions you may have along the way. Brought in our Q5 for an oil change and found out it was time for its transmission fluid flush, and got a great price on it. Thanks for catching things we don’t always remember and keeping us on the road, Clint!

These guys are great! My business stumbled upon these guys so we have been using them to service/inspect our vehicles. I brought my personal vehicle there for inspection. At checkout they asked if my husband or myself was military. I was caught off guard because most businesses that do a discount for military don’t ever advertise or offer it unless the customer asks. My husband is military and they gave me a free inspection. So kind!! They are super speedy and very responsive. Hard to find in a place that services vehicles these days. I highly recommend!!

All employees who I interacted with were great! I was able to book online and it was very convenient. This is the second time I’ve brought my car to Accomplished, the first time they found an issue nobody else could figure out. This second time they were able to get me back on the road with a much easier solution than I had expected. We highly recommend them!

Very friendly employees. Quick and efficient service. Easy online appointment options. I was able to book a same day appointment that was convenient for me. They did a very thorough inspection (with pictures) of my car free of charge with suggested services needed. No hard sell, just asked to be considered for any work I decided I needed to have done by a mechanic. I will definitely use their services in the future.
