Great Customer Service and reasonable Prices. Very knowledgeable technicians as well. After getting burned by Kendall Subaru for the last time, I decided to try absolute Air and Auto Repair based off of their reviews and I will be using them exclusively moving forward. During their inspection they were also able to point out more sub par work performed by Kendall when they “replaced “ my control arm 2 months prior.

I brought my 2020 gmc hd to Jeremy with an air conditioning issue. Friendly, attentive, and said no worries, we'll take care of it and give you a call. Great! So, that afternoon I get a call and it's Jeremy. Good news is all air conditioning parts mechanically all function normally. Bad news, rodents have chewed through some important stuff! No problem, says Jeremy I already ordered the parts, I'll have it for you tomorrow. Great! I found out after filling an insurance claim (comprehensive) my wife and I believe that a wrong key entry on initial application "on line" caused an error (oops!) and it just means more jumping through hoops to get back on track. Without hesitation and with a great smile he said sincerely, no worries Greg, I'll take care of this and get it worked out for you. And that's what he did. Not only a really good place to bring your vehicles for any type of service or repairs, Jeremy and his crew are definitely into making sure that our precious vehicles are safe and ready for the road. Thank you my new friends. 2 thumbs up for me and I highly recommend this terrific resource in our community for anyone that loves their vehicle, like I do. Great experience! They fixed my wife's car right the first time. I had also asked about extra maintenance services which they determined weren't necessary so it was nice to not pay for what I didn't actually need. Highly recommend Brian and his team.

Great customer service! I recently bought a used work vehicle. It was leaking oil and coolant bad. It was a challenging job but Absolute Air got it done for me. A couple of unexpected issues came up but they took care of them for me helping me pi big time. They have also done great work for me in the past. I highly recommend Absolute Air and Auto for repairs.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Well actually, the great part about it was, they were honest and figured out it was more operator error, I believe, rather than a rear cabin AC failure. I haven't owned my 2006 Sienna long, and a rear seat passenger told me they were getting heat only. I couldn't get it to stop blowing hog air for the life of me. I wanted to see what the worst case scenario would be for repairs. They showed me that the rear system would work, if I set the controls to Lo, rather than a temp, or sync with the front. Now I can put the interior wall back in and continue with the camper conversion process. Really appreciate their not trying to sell me something I didn't need...honesty is worth a lot. I will be back...

Love Absolute Air - I’ve taken my work truck and my personal vehicle here and they are always are nice, efficient, and fun to work with. I really appreciate having a nice shop to go to for oil changes that are local, clean, honest, and very reasonably priced.

I received a flyer in the mail from Absolute Air & Auto Repair. Perfect timing, I needed a lube & oil. Three positives, great price, located in my neighborhood & positive reviews. Added bonus, tire rotation was included in the price!! I took a chance and wasn’t disappointed.

If you want to pay out the ass, go here! After doing some comparison on part pricing with Kendall Ford we realized they up charged the parts by 90%!!! 😱 They were $900 more expensive than the dealership. If you think this place will be cheaper than Kendall Ford, you will be proven wrong like we were. Edit: It's under my husbands name. I contacted you guys right after it was done and was supposed to get a call back. Never heard a word. Robbie was the only person there with good morals. I work in construction and when we sell something we up charge to accommodate for all the background stuff that goes into it. So I completely understand an up charge, but I do not understand a 90% up charge.

They said they bleed abs brake systems all the time. Called me and said they couldn't get them to bleed correctly. Then charged me $189 for nothimg! I got a vacuum brake bleeder and did it myself with no problem. Can't believe they charged me. Randy Wilson

Called and scheduled an appt for next day, was informed oil change would take around an hour. I arrived and they told me they would have it ready by the end of the day. I informed them I was told it would take around an hour and the man I spoke with was very rude and spoke to me like I was supposed to just know that they don't do oil changes in the afternoons and that If I wanted it done I was just supposed to be without a vehicle for however long until they were done with the other services. Well if I made an appt how's come I was having to wait? I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. And I won't go back and I don't recommend them. Rude and condescending and inconsiderate staff.
