Fast, quality service. Whole crew from front desk to under the hood communicate quickly and without nonsense. Jobs normally done within a few hours. Make sure to call or email ahead of time, to schedule a slot, they sometimes get swamped.

It can be tough to find a trusted mechanic so im glad I was referred to Auto Service Express. Good communication, fast service and gave me my options without feeling at all pushy.

Tom and Courtney have been really great, my engine blew and they have been taking great care at a reasonable price to fix it up for me. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

I normally hate bringing my car in for auto repairs because many times the routine inspection comes back with a list of repairs suggested. My car was creaking when I braked causing me to get my brake pads checked along with a routine oil change. I found Auto Service Express due to the good reviews on both Yelp and Google (some competitors in the area fake their reviews on one or the other) and I decided to book with them. From the very friendly staff to the extremely honest inspection report, I found my all time favorite mechanic. The only thing I was upsold on at the end of the day was a rear wiper, which I agree was in need of replacement with the rainy season now upon us and it being rather old. As for pricing, my itemized receipt was very fair and competitive. I got replacement brake pads, rotors, an oil change, and a rear wiper all for under $600. Very happy with Auto Service Express and am very glad to have found them!

Jeep runs great. Very helpful and professional. Being disabled and on a budget I knew my 2004 Jeep Liberty needed a lot of work after sitting for over 2 years. After a thorough inspection we agreed on the safest and most affordable problems to fix first to get me on the road. Though they don’t have a shuttle service that I know of, they brought my vehicle to me knowing I would have difficulty getting it home after completion of service due to my disability. And after a few days of driving it I noticed they had fixed a few cosmetic problems that I didn’t even request. They didn’t bill me or even mention the these extra fixes. Thank you ASE for your kindness, professionalism and great service.

Well let’s just say these guys are amazing!! I was hysterical, my car just started acting crazy and not moving then it wouldn’t start back up.. thinking I needed a jump I looked up and saw these guys in their shop working away After starting my car they immediately knew it wasn’t right and pulled my serpentine belt tension thing it was in pieces They took care of me TODAY Great price too thankfully It was just a godsend Courtney was so nice too like really helpful and kind, her father the owner was SO kind Please go to this shop You can truly trust these people

If you want a shop that is filled with trustworthy people, a crew the builds personal relationships, mechanics that know their stuff who do quality work and are willing to go above and beyond...Tom and his team are second to none. Auto Service Express has been taking care of our family for a lot of years. Not only are they exceptional communicators, they are also efficient in the work they do. We have grown to feel like we are more than clients, but more like family. Recently (summer 25'), we had an issue with our duramax the Friday before a huge camping trip. Tom went out of his way to make sure our truck was ready to pull that trailer on Monday morning. Their pricing is more than reasonable and definitely worth every cent! Our loyalty will always be with Tom and his team at Auto Service Express because simply put...there's just nobody better!

Bit of a mixed review here. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the younger woman who works the front desk (sorry hun, forgot your name) but I paid almost $600 to get my radiator fixed and was assured that it fix the white smoke billowing out of my car when I start it. We all knew the downstream 02 sensor was bad but I as told that it be fine and that the radiator was likely the source...it has gotten worse. Yes I can tell the car runs a bit better now but the smoke is so bad I feel like I'm contributing to the polution problem. So that's why only four stars. I will be replacing the 02 sensor myself and hopefully that will solve it. Over all thanks for trying I guess?
