This place did for us in one hour what so many other shops said couldn't be done! And their price was completely reasonable!! Thank you to the last shop owner who said "If you can find someone who can fix it like you saw in a video, you should go to them". Well, thank you, we did, and at half the price you and others wanted just to look at it! This shop saved us about $1k just for the part!!! You are appreciated!! Exceptional service at a great price. I was pleasantly surprised at the price for quality of service and how quickly thwy replaced the damaged parts in my 2005 Nissan Altima. Definitely my go-to mechanic from now on.

Took my car in as a walk in. Adam was friendly and professional and found time to work on my vehicle. Did a great job and explained the service and pricing clearly beforehand. Also took the time to answer all of my questions including about a 2nd car. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done in Santa Clara or in the the broader Eugene area.

My car started making a loud noise, so I called and Adam said he could check it. As soon as I arrived, he welcomed me right away and was very helpful. He found out it was just low on oil and only charged me a very small amount. Adam was so kind and honest.I’m so grateful for his time and generosity. My AC had stopped working. Got an appointment fast and the AC service was fast too. Very reasonably priced. Will be returning in the future and would definitely recommend to others.

There was "something" wrong with my 2014 Kia Sportage. I was sure it was the exhaust, but I'm not a mechanic. Called River Rd. Automotive, freaking out. Adam kindly offered to take a look at it so I zipped right over and Henry lifted it up. Luckily, I live about 30 seconds away. Sure enough, it was the exhaust. The pipe had broken! Adam said it was easily weldable and they took care of the problem right away. What lovely guys and the shop is OG for sure. Nothing fancy, no TV blaring or popcorn machines... just an honest-to-goodness automotive repair joint and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm a customer for life. Thank you Adam and crew!

Shout out to Adam for getting me in within 10 minutes, and to whomever ended up pulling at least a dozen bolts to get to the flasher relay on the back of the fuse panel! I truly appreciate the effort it took because I pulled the kick panel off and saw what it would require before I came to see you guys. Me and Bessie thank you, and I'm sure we will be back in the near future as she is old and tired but I love her! 04 Ford Explorer nearing 200k and still rolling
