My experience to purchase and have four new tires installed was excellent. The whole process took approximately two hours. The establishment supplied transportation home while the work was being performed and again for pickup. Great job. Thank you!

Broken serpentine belt, and Admiral’s was the closest mechanic. I was greeted, fit in the schedule for that day. I was charged a fair price on the parts, a very fair price on the labor. I didn’t this “side of the road “shop being this fantastic. My only regret was that Doug is too far to continue as my mechanic. Great place! Honest, quick, quality work!

Amazing place of business!! I was in a jam traveling alone on a Friday afternoon and the entire staff went above and beyond to help me. They fixed my tire and got me back on the road so quickly. They even decreased my stress level and made me laugh.

Went for a oil change took real good care of my car. You can see they take good care of their customers. Im new to Delaware from New York so it helps alot plus they're less than half a mile away from me.

Great place with true customer service. Called for tire rotation and oil change. Got appointment same day and no wait. Fair price too. Worth checking out if you need anything done on your car.

We were traveling from DC to upstate NY. Developed a slow leaker in DC. AAA made a temporary repair. Once out of DC/MD we noticed tire pressure lowering. Determined we needed a new tire in order to complete our travels safely. Using our car’s GPS, we found Admiral Tires. They were 2 miles away. We called, verified they had the correct tire size in stock. They did. Arrived at the store and was greeted by Doug. He explained the need to check the tread on the other tire and the impact on the car’s transmission if the tread depths varied too much. We followed Doug’s advice and got 2 new front tires. My wife stated she wanted new tires prior to winter anyhow. While waiting for the service to be completed, engaged in entertaining and enlightening conversation with Doug. This detour cost us about 45 minutes, but we felt confident we would complete our journey safely. Thanks Doug.

Doug is very knowledgeable and communicates clearly every step of the way. He does what’s best for the vehicle and the customer. Plus all the staff I encountered were kind and courteous.

I came in the afternoon before to request an oil change appointment. To my surprise I was scheduled for the next morning. Dave was very gregarious, friendly and engaging. The wait time was reasonable. Everything went as planned. I would suggest that they go over the results of the (PMI) which is a complimentary service (what they found if anything) and recap of exactly what they did. I think tire rotation was part of the package. I don't know if they did it or not. This was my first time back to Admiral in a number of years.
