FAST of West Chester

Had my 22 wrx walnut blasted a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I've been emailing Dave back and forth and he's been super helpful with recommendations and thoughts on mods/tuning. I will be going back after I install a tmic and charge pipe to get a pro tune from them. Highly recommend FAST for any type of work you need done!

Dave and his team killed it. My 1995 3000gt vr4 is a hard car to find mechanics that will work on it. They all went the extra mile in installing several performance items along with taking care of some other issues I had. Dave and Roy called me through out the process of having the car to keep me in the loop of what was going on. 14 years ago Dave and the FAST team worked on my WRX. Always goes above and beyond. This is an absolutely solid shop. Hands down. Extremely nice people, great at communicating questions, comments, and concerns to the customer, and overall a reliable service experience! Long story short, I went in for an issue I’ve been having for a while, and the dealership I got my car from (CarMax) was absolutely the worst staff and kept beating me around the bush about using my warranty, this, that, and the third. Went to FS of West Chester and did a walnut blasting that ended up not fixing my issue. But I took it back to them, and they were able to actually do a real diag and find my issue. And they did. And it maybe took a week all together for them to do that diag, get the part, install it, and test my vehicle. Super quick. Now, I’m not going to lie. Their labor costs are a bit high. BUT at the end of the day, you’re paying for quality work, and that’s exactly what they are. Quality shop, quality work, and quality customer service. I will be going back for any other repair jobs I may need. Keep up the good work Fast!

I brought my 2009 Subaru Impreza in for head gaskets and timing belt replacement. I added on a few other items since they were in there. It was an expensive job, but I knew that going in. This car is what my kids drive and they put a lot of miles on it and now I can rest easy knowing it is going to go another 100k and not leave them stranded. Thanks Roy and Dave! Fast of West Chester’s team did an amazing job on the install of my body kit along with paint matching the parts and hood. Everything lines up great and the paint match looks phenomenal for a vehicle being 27 years old. They cleaned up my car nicely at the end and even removed the yellow haze on my headlights. They are an honest shop that does great work and take pride in what they do.

Worked with Roy, he set up my 2020 Tesla Y with Koni Active Special Red Shocks. Roy was super responsive & clear with some of my questions. He had my parts ordered & installed in a matter of days. He was the only one that disqualified a prior part that other shops quoted but wouldn’t properly fit my car. Even though I spent more than I wanted to (all the shops were right around same price) FAST WC was upfront & no surprises with cost & now enjoying the much smoother ride for sure. Nice job!

Very painless and fast service. Had an alignment done on my C7 and had it bad in a few hours! Appreciate the dropbox system too, I was able to drop it off safely before opening hours

Dave and his team replaced the old clutch assembly on my Audi A4. She drives like a beaut’ and they did it for an honest price in under a week! I will be choosing FAST again, when my car needs it

My experience here was truly incredible. Lowell took his time not only to explain my options in details, but also pretty much refused to take my money for the most expensive route that he didn't believe in. I could've paid (and was ready to) to pay $840 to restore my carbon fiber hood -- which is still less than what other places quoted me - but with Lowell's ambition and impeccable care for his customers, I ended up paying less than $300 for their service. On top of saving me a ton of money, they also squeezed me in 2 weeks sooner than the date we originally planned. Thank you!!!
