Air Team Vehicle Emissions Testing Station - Addison

We have been using this location for emissions testing for years now and they are always very quick and very friendly. I know it’s a chore getting this done every other year but this place makes it as painless as possible.

Stopped by this location on a Saturday for my vehicle’s emissions test and was honestly impressed. The wait was barely anything—maybe 3–4 minutes tops. The technician was helpful, got the test done quickly, and handed over the results right away. I also went inside to renew my sticker. There was a bit more of a wait (around 10 minutes), but the line kept moving so it didn’t feel like a drag. The person at the counter was super professional and genuinely helpful. She even made the effort to get my name pronounced correctly, which I appreciated more than I expected. She explained everything clearly—cost, process, all of it—no confusion, no runaround. Only small downside is the parking situation could be a little better, but overall this place runs like a well-oiled machine. Fast, efficient, and respectful. Definitely recommend.

I was in line, in the bay, and DONE WITHIN FIVE MINUTES -- ON A MONDAY MORNING!!! The technician was quick and had a pleasant personality. He made it even better to be there.

Love is in the air!! I’ve not had a bad experience at this location, but I gotta tell ya, today was special. I drove in and found Frank waving me down to his lane. Frank is an extraordinary person. He is courteous, fast, efficient, and loves doing a great job!! I checked his name tag out and I believe it said “Part-Time” on it. I’ll tell you what, if Frank wants a FT position and needs it, I would move him up immediately! He is the epitome of out of this world customer service!!! 🤩🤩🤩. The whole staff here is excellent. When I went into the office to renew my registration, the young ladies at the counter were also very courteous, fast and efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Thank you!!

Went today about 1pm and drove right in. I waited less than a minute in line to get my sticker. The employees inside and out were all extremely helpful I and friendly.

I went midday on a Wednesday, no wait. You're also able to purchase a plate sticker on site. They only accept cards and there's a fee which cannot be waived. My total was $160.50. I experienced no issues during my visit and the staff were polite and friendly.

Quick and efficient on a weekday. It is a nice place with lots of lanes. I am sure during busy times of the month it gets backed up. Note- they charge almost $10 service fee for getting the sticker since they are not government operated. Apparently it’s a third party contracted company. The employees are very systematic.

I can't say for sure that most people that work at this facility is like the the person that waited on me on 10/09/2025 but, I hope not. This guy was extremely rude. His energy level was deplorable at best. If you don't like your job, find another occupation or call in if you're having a bad day. I know you folks don't care but, retrain your employees on how to treat the customer with professionalism because you'll may not have a job in the near future. Also, ignore the one star.

The people working here lack customer service skills. I was here for my suv and as I stepped out of the car the men proceeds to yell at me. Very rude personnel and they should reconsider there hired because clearly there tired of there job. HR should reconsider there hires. There’s more skilled and better service friendly people that might enjoy these job.
