We love this local spot! We have a Volvo and they always do a great job fixing it. They are also extremely easy to communicate with and quick. We usually get our car back within 1-2 days, even if it’s a bigger fix. They text you and provide detailed breakdowns of pricing. They truly have a great online setup and make it so easy as a customer (which is hard to come by from a local garage!) - highly recommend

Came in for new brakes + rotors and an inspection (for an older car). The shop did a thorough inspection, and when we talked over it the team was transparent + helpful about which findings were urgent and what can be monitored. Very fair prices across the board.

I would recommend this Auto Repair Shop to anyone in the area! The staff was super helpful and nice. I went here to have a diagnostic test for my car as it was over 10 years old and became shaky and repeatedly died. I went in on Friday and they did not have availabilty to do the check until Monday. Since the car kept dying, they allowed me to leave my car over the weekend, which I really appreciated. After I got the report, it was clear that my car has met its end. So I called a tow company and the workers were really nice helping me remove the license plates and they pushed the car themselves to the tow truck. Couldn't have done all of this without their help. Would go back again.

I went in with a suspension issue and my tax refund. Glad to have my car back and in great condition after replacing almost the entire front suspension. Service was great, especially considering that parts had to be ordered and installed. Inspection was helpful and also identified another issue I needed to address with a rear wheel. I’ll come back since they’re in the neighborhood and east to get to. Professional and timely communications via text, which I prefer, and I love the photos that go with the job approval process. 10/10.

Had a really nice experience with this auto shop. I went to them for the convenance of living in the area and because of their high review ratings. Friendly, communicative, and I like their text update & service approval expeirence that made the work transparent. On par or cheaper than other repair shops I got quotes from, especially dealerships. I will be taking my vehicle back here for additional service needs.

Finding an honest mechanic, especially as a woman, feels rare but this place changed that for me. I’ve been here twice now, and both times they explained everything clearly, didn’t upsell me, and showed me exactly what needed attention. I have brothers who are mechanics, so I can spot when something feels off and these guys have been genuinely trustworthy. I’m really glad I found them!

Whether it’s a quick repair, routine maintenance, or a diagnostic check, they handle it professionally and efficiently.

I went in for a routine oil change and tune up. When I returned home with my car when it was done, I realized one of my tires was completely flat. I called the guys at the shop and despite it being past hours, they drove over to my house to put on my spare tire for me and took the damaged tire back to the shop to be fixed. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and so appreciative of their great customer service.

They did a great job. I’ve been to a few shops now with my older vehicle, and they were by far the most thorough and communicative. They even took my car to get emissions tested for me after they were done!

I decided to take my car to a local business after years of only taking it to the dealership. I had passed by Augusta & Paulina Service Station thousands of times and saw great reviews so decided to give it a try. I loved the ease of making an appointment online to drop my car off. Once they had my car, they did a very thorough analysis and sent me text updates. They texted me a report with all of the recommended work and I was able to check off each one I wanted to approve. The process was so easy and transparent, the pricing was fair, and I am very happy to have such a convenient place to bring my car in the future. I would highly recommend it.
