I had a laundry list of car issues after breaking down on a packed freeway a few days ago. From the receptionist handling my initial call to the technician who provided a very clear explanation of the problems at hand and material evidence of my oil soaked belt and alternator etc, I was very happy to have my car in their hands for a steep but fair price. They were open to negotiating a few price items and threw in a muffler fix for free at the end. This is a sincere, authentic and efficient family run business and I will be back- hopefullly not too too soon.

My car’s Transfer Case was leaking and need a new Transfer Case. I brought my car here and they were very helpful. They found a new part my car needed at a good price. They were able to give me my car before the weekend. The was very friendly and explained everything to me. I will definitely be coming back if I have any car issues. Thank you.

I called the shop on Tuesday and spoke with Roger, who was incredibly kind and reassuring. I explained that it was difficult for me to drop off my car due to my work schedule, and he told me about their drop-off service — where I could leave my car and secure the keys in a lockbox if needed. Thankfully, I made it to the shop just before closing at 4:45 PM. The manager, Miguel, was extremely thorough and helpful. He immediately put my car on the diagnostic machine, and within 15 minutes, I had my results. Miguel patiently walked me through everything that was wrong with my car, showed me where a previous mechanic had messed up, and explained the necessary repairs right on the computer screen. He assured me the car could be fixed by the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the parts and labor were for a 24-hour turnaround. True to their word, the very next day at 3:30 PM, the receptionist called to let me know my car was ready. When I picked it up the following morning, I was blown away — not only had they repaired the car, but the mechanic personally drove it to register the miles and even took care of the emissions test for me. As someone with a hectic schedule, that gesture meant so much that I was honestly moved to tears. The entire team is amazing. The receptionist was sweet and informative, providing my invoice, a one-year warranty, and the passing emissions paperwork — leaving me with only the final step of getting my plate sticker. My car drives so good! I cannot thank the employees at Teloloapan enough, not just for their exceptional service but for their kindness and integrity. They have earned a lifelong customer, and I will recommend them.
