Safari was so polite and kind. Also, Ashley in the office to buy the sticker was pleasant and efficient. I feel the team do their jobs well because of their Manager on duty. His name I can't think of, but he was a tall stocky black man, wore glasses, on 4-27-2026, at around 9:30 am to 10 o'clock. Rita
I went on Friday 3/27/2026 at about 11:00 am, and there was no line. They have many bays to get the testing done, so its always easy in and easy out. I have another truck, so I took it there about 3:00 pm that same day, and again, no line, no waiting. I bought the license plate stickers there... there is a $9.50 service charge for each sticker, but at least I'm done... no more running around. Credit or Debit only for payment. The only thing to anticipate "fighting" was the truck traffic going south on Harlem, but even that was fairly light. This is my go-to testing place driving from 2600 south Harlem to this facility.
Always quick. I've never had any issues. Very nice gentleman attended me this last time. Buying the sticker right around the corner was also a breeze even with a slight line. I was in and out. The way I like it. The way it should be.
Line was long but moved quickly. Inside the office only 6 people were allowed in but the clerks worked together and I was out in less then 10 minutes with instructions on placing the sticker. Fast efficient and courtesy service!
Super fast service and no waiting at around 230p on a Thursday. It seems the best time to come is during normal work hours on a weekday 😉.
They were very efficient. I barely had a wait, on the 26th of the month. A staff person noticed that I was waiting behind someone and he waved me over to a lane that had become open. The process itself was fairly quick and painless. I just had to get out of the car for a few minutes and they were done.
This emissions testing facility is pretty tough to find compared to other locations. The process itself is fairly quick (only 2-3 minutes), however you could wind up waiting significantly longer for a license plate renewal sticker at the small building inside. There's plenty of testing lanes but still try to avoid coming at the end of the month, Saturdays or Fridays after work.
Rude ppl. Line drags too much . They didnt wanna scan my car cause my obd port was cracked .. doing too much . I suggest yall go to the 24/7 kiosk i was in and out 3 min !! Didn't deal w slow ppl and their attitude. Kiosk is way better. They need more around the city
