I went there midday. I thought I better go ASAP before I forget about this. There was only a car ahead of me and it went very quickly. The gentleman that took care of me was very pleasant. I was in and out very quickly.....
Very positive experience. With the new technology, you're in and out in less than 7 minutes. I've never had to wait in line as the location provides several lanes for testing. The technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable.
Quick In and Out. Was also able to get my license renewal sticker here after my vehicle passed the emissions test.

Been to this location many times. Good service, usually not a long wait. Workers are efficient and pretty friendly. There's one worker in particular that is excellent. I didn't get his name. Hes an older black man and he's excellent. Talks to me like a friend and reminds me of my old chicago neighborhood that I grew up in. This guy is the best. The worker we had inside while buying our sticker could use a little customer service advice from my guy outside in the lane. Over all good place to take your car.

Just needed to buy my plate sticker, it expires tomorrow. DMV is closed on Monday and it's a holiday. They are open on Saturday, no line, $9.50 fee but I was in and out. Satisfied customer, the guys were very nice.
They need to hire better network engineers. Upon arrival, I was informed that their Internet has been down for over an hour and they have no idea when it'll be fixed. A competent network engineer would have built fault tolerance into the network. They did not offer any kind of compensation for my trouble. A gift card to one of the many nearby fast food restaurants would have been nice.
This will be the last time I bring business to this location. The technician who was servicing my car was incredibly misogynistic and instead of addressing me would snap his fingers or motion me with an upward curled finger “come here “ motion like you would do to a dog or a child in trouble. This is not an appropriate way to speak to people and when expressing my frustration with the managers they seemed annoyed rather than apologetic and offered me no reassurance or proper explanation as to why they would employ such a person.
