This is the place to go. If you want to be in a safe area with reliable people. They may seem a little bit formal but they are actually very warm once they start talking with you. They're more than willing to help for everything that you need and are good at troubleshooting. It's the best place I've been and the best experience I've had for a DMV emissions test place.

Always go first thing in the morning on a weekday. Never had to wait more than 7-10 mins. Has many several inspection lanes because it’s considered a super size location. The employees have always been courteous and efficient.

Had an awesome experience at this Emissions Test Center. The whole process was super quick barely took 2 to 5 minutes and everything went very smoothly. I cleared my emissions test without any hassle, which honestly felt great. The staff was extremely patient, polite, and helpful throughout. I also renewed my license sticker here for $160, and that process was just as smooth. Overall, a very efficient place with great service. I highly recommend everyone to come here for their emissions test. The staff is really good!

Went at 8:20am on a Wednesday and from the moment I pulled into the facility until I left was about 10 minutes. There was no line for 3 of the four bays and there was only 1 person ahead of me for the plate renewal.

Super quick - we were in & out within 5 minutes for our emissions test! No wait at all on a weekday afternoon. We were able to renew our sticker in the building after as well.

First time doing the emissions testing and the people there were super helpful and I was able to renew my registration at the same time! I followed the advice on the renewal notice and went during a week day not at the end of the month. Absolutely no wait for me but your mileage may vary.

Always super fast, I had to wait only once, no longer than 5 minutes. The office is from the 1970s but the bathroom is very clean. Super nice staff. Tip: don't get your sticker here, go to the cook county office, and save yourself just under $10 in mandatory fee charges. No cash buying.

Actual emissions testing was smooth and painless. Minimal wait while they finished one car ahead of me. Renewed my sticker in the office and the staff was OK. One of them snapped a little at the lady in front of me. They were fine with me but in a tiny room, be careful how you speak to others.

Quick service on a Friday morning around 11am, however, my inspector Marcos was rude and dismissive throughout the quick encounter. He talked to me like I wasn’t a person, just shouting commands at me. I’m not even expecting them to be friendly—just not jerks.

The essission part was fine quick and easy.. however is yuh oot to renew your plates they do not take cash. Credit debit card only AND they charge a $9.00 service fee... They sux.
