I needed an extra key fob for a vehicle I purchased. The parts department pulled it and held it until my appointment the next week. They had a problem with the key cutter but came out and explained what was happening. I was very happy with the service and communication.

I had a tire with a slow leak and they found a screw in it. They repaired it and it's been just fine ever since.

Took my car here for one a code but they were unable to recreate and charged me for that, whatever. Instead they scammed me for a misdiagnosis (I got it checked at two other auto places) and they then refused to respond to my questions asking for proof on where my car is “broken”. My dash cam shows the mechanic/diagnoser going 40 mph in the parking lot across the street from Chevy. And if you’ve ever seen this parking lot you know it’s riddled with uneven pot holes/craters. Take your car to a locally owned place.

recently tried to purchase a 2026 Silverado from Allen Chevrolet after seeing it advertised online I took screenshots and reached out promptly, ready to buy. Unfortunately, the dealership refused to honor the advertised price, Josh the sales manager claiming it was a “glitch” in their system that they’ve supposedly been “working on for 12 months.” This explanation is troubling: a pricing error persisting for a full year suggests ongoing issues with accuracy and transparency in your online advertising, which consumers rely on when shopping for major purchases like vehicles. I wasted time traveling to the dealership/communicating with sales staff, only to be told the price wasn’t real after expressing serious interest. I was then told I was becoming emotional when I voiced my concerns. This feels like misleading advertising—publicly displaying one price to attract buyers, then backing out with a long-standing “glitch” excuse. It eroded any trust I had in Allen Chevrolet. While I understand occasional errors happen, a year-long problem isn’t a one-off mistake; it’s a pattern that impacts customer confidence. I hope the dealership addresses its pricing system soon to prevent this for future buyers. I won’t be returning or recommending this dealership. Shoppers should double-check advertised prices in person and be prepared for potential discrepancies. Side note I’m really happy with my new 2026 GMC Sierra.

Never again will I do anymore business with this place. I financed my first ever vehicle from here. I didnt even get to look at any cars. My sales person Mike told me this is a good car and he was going to sell it to his friends daughter. Said nothing is wrong with it even got me a gold warranty on it. Well not even 2 months my check engine light comes on and I bring it in and im told my warranty doesn't cover it and it will be over a thousand to fix it smfh. I've called and called to get someone to work with me and help me and nothing im being ignored. At this point let me bring the vehicle back and give me a refund. Never again!

My car was not repaired. I was told all work was done. I paid and picked up my car. Not even a mile leaving the dealership my dashboard lights up the same warning lights I took it in for. I turned around and went back to service. I told them I cannot leave my car as I need some way to get to work. The service dept took my name and wrote down what happened to give to Reggie, the service manager. That seemed all fine and well. The reason for my poor review is that Reggie has not returned a phone call or voicemail in going on two weeks. My only option now is to leave a review like this and to go back up to the dealership and talk to his boss.

Don't bother scheduling a test drive. My wife and I scheduled a test drive for a truck we were going to buy. We received confirmation via text the sales mgr had the keys. My wife called again to tell the dealership we are going to buy it. We were 10 minutes from the dealership when we received a text for other trucks to look at. We called and they sold the truck knowing we were on the way to drive/purchase. I have been in the car business for a long time and this is just a great example of poor customer service.

tl;dr: Don't go here if you're a woman, because the manager will talk to you like you're a moron and try to scam you. Important take away: I called Discount Tire while still in their parking lot and ordered the exact same tire/wheel to be delivered first thing in the morning for 30% of what Allen Chevrolet tried to charge me and took over a week to not do. They pulled out the wheel and found no problems with it. So the manager was just trying to scam me because he was mad. ______________________________ I replaced all four tires at this dealership on a car a month ago, barely driven since. Driving down a residential road (~30mph), my tire goes from full to flat within 30 seconds. The tire shop providing roadside assistance shows me that it has no punctures, it was likely a "bead manufacturer defect" and that I should get a free replacement from the shop who sold them. I have to wait a week for an appointment. After waiting over an hour at the dealership, I'm handed a bill for ~$200 new tire and told it can't be done today, even though I made this appointment a week ago and they knew what was needed. Basically wasting 2 hours for just a tire invoice. The rep says the words "there is no puncture" verbatim and goes on to talk about manufacturer defects & lack of warranties. I asked for the manager and was told he wasn't there. When the I call, the manager says he needs to personally look at my tire and why didn't I ask for him this morning at my appointment- because he could have looked at it then. And oops, that I was told he wasn't in. I drive in again to show my tire, and he can't find a puncture while in front of me. Suddenly, after taking the tire where I can't see it - a tiny gouge wildly appears! Which none of the people inspecting the tire had been able to find before. Oh, and actually, they need to replace the entire wheel and can't just put on a tire, so now I need to pay them a bit less than $1,000. Remind you, the rep this morning said there was no puncture and was just going to replace the tire. When I said that none of this was what was told to me earlier, he made some comment about the lube guys not caring and shrugged. He talked to me like I'm was idiot the entire time and didn't care that apparently what his reps told me was completely wrong. Aren't you supposed to be the manager? I wish I could give 0 stars.
