I had a really great experience with Nick (and peripherally, Connor and Spencer) at Auto Care Plus. Not only is Nick super friendly, but he's honest. When I came to pick up my car, he informed me it would cost $200 less than I was originally quoted. It was a perfect opportunity to take advantage of a single mom that was not taken. I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you, Nick, for your honesty and fantastic attitude!

I have never been so happy with getting service done on my car. From my first call to them for service to picking my car up after service was complete. It was absolutely the best shop ever. Nick and Connor were so nice and a pleasure to work with, they really made the whole process so easy. The text messages that keep you up to date with your car are perfect so you’re kept in the loop. Both times I have gone there for service they have given me a lender vehicle to use no cost to me, that was huge because we have kids and it’s our only vehicle right now. I can’t recommend them enough. They are very honest and not just about getting your money, they don’t over charge, up charge, and take advantage of you especially as a women going in to a car shop. THEY ARE AWESOME!

This is the best experience I have ever had. Convenient location. Super easy and everyone is very friendly and nice. They are very knowledgable and efficient. For an automotive place it is clean comfortable and has a very nice waiting area equipped with coffee and water. I’m new to the area and this is where I will obtain my automotive needs.

I felt like I was treated better than having gone to any gm dealership for service. Got a fast and accurate response and timely updates while they had my vehicle. They offered a free loaner when it was determined that they needed to order parts.

Appreciation and shoutout to all the workers here at The Specialist! Got into a car accident about a month ago and they let me keep my car here free of charge until the insurance could come out to look at the car, checked in on me (currently 9 months pregnant), and when i got it fixed up at a collision place, brought it back to them to ensure everything is safe for the baby and they took my car that day and make sure everything was great. We just moved here a year ago in June and have come here for our inspections and oil changes or any repairs we need, they always go above and beyond. Happy to find a trustworthy and friendly company. Great experience today at the Specialists! They were able to get my AC back in working order at a very reasonable price and performed the work in a short period of time. They also suggested my inspection sticker was coming up and knocked that off at the same time and saved me another trip.

I had a great experience at The Specialist in Merrimack, NH! Their easy to maneuver booking website made it easy and efficient to book my inspection and oil change. They have a cozy waiting area with an assortment of drinks and a coffee bar. I felt my vehicle was serviced in a very timely fashion and treated with care. Nick at the front desk was personable and kept me up to date on my cars status. The price was also very reasonable!

honestly i’m not really sure what to say… 6 months ago I brought my vw jetta in for an inspection, it took them two days to get it done, that’s right two days for an inspection. the funny thing is they shouldn’t have passed my car for inspection, but because they did it took me 6 months to realize my car was unfixable. not only did they take two days for an inspection, they insisted on replacing my breaks and doing an oil change. the car had to go back two days later because they “accidentally” put the rear breaks on the front and the front breaks on the back. they also “replaced” my rotors, but i’m almost positive they only cleaned the ones I already had. They also stripped every single bolt they touched. but the worst thing this company did was pass my car for inspection, i’m assuming getting more money out of it was the idea, except you put my life and anyone else on the road at risk. There is so much rust under my car to the point my wheels could fall off at any moment, and if they had failed the car for inspection or even WARNED me, I wouldn’t have to give up my car. mind you i’m 20 years old, fixing things over time would’ve been a WAY better finical option than buying a new car. with that being said, I advise you to stay FAR away from here, because they will rob you. oh actually with that, we went to talk in person with them and I jokingly tried to open my car door in the parking lot, what do you know it was unlocked! I also want to mention we mentioned that my car would be driving 15 hours away to TN shortly after service, and they let us pay thousands of dollars to drive my car away from the shop. I love my car by the way… so thank you for not only taking money but my entire car away from me.
