Excellent value. Not just state inspections, I did 2 pre-purchase inspections today, Alex was kind enough to let me look under the car and take pictures of any areas of concern. If you buy a used car, you *must* do an inspection like this.

So quick and friendly! I went to another place and was told 3 hour wait. At Capital Auto Inspection I was there for only 10 minutes to get my state inspection done!

I’ve been coming here for nearly a decade now and continue to have outstandingly positive experiences with the quality of service. The owner, Alex, is friendly and a joy to chat with, and can quickly work through a high volume of vehicles with enough attention and efficiency to get me on my way in no time, every time. Capital Auto is truly one of the best small business in the triangle and will continue to be my go-to place (and the place I refer everyone else to) for as long as it’s open - 11/10!

I only write reviews when they’re good or bad, and I had an excellent experience at this location. Most notably was Alex Jelokhani’s customer service. From start to finish, he was nothing short of exemplary. Great vibe, very personable, and textbook professional. I was in and out in a timely manner and I’d recommend this location off of his performance alone. If I weren’t moving, this would be my go-to spot for inspections without a doubt.

Door says you open at 9am. Google says 10:30am. It’s 10:45am and no one has shown up. This is not a serious business and has wasted my and 4 others in line’s time.
