Very reliable company, the mechanic that was sent his name is Charles very professional knew exactly what was wrong with my car and I was back up in running less than an hour, my starter had went bad. I definitely recommend this company

Made an appointment for MIDNIGHT, I thought I was in for a scam because who comes in the middle of the night. Not only did they show up but they came right on time and promptly changed my oil. Within 30 minutes everything was done. The two gentlemen were kind and very helpful, I wish I had gotten their names. They even fixed an issue with my door without me asking! Will definitely be using this service again. 10/10 recommend.

I was driving on the highway and my car alerted me that there was an issue with coolant level and to stop driving. I pulled over and tried calling Volkswagen and AAA who were not helpful because it’s after hours and I am over 1 hour from home. I called Cara Auto and they came within 30 minutes to run a roadside diagnostic test and rectify the problem. Jerryl was amazing. He fixed the problem after doing thorough examination to ensure there were no leaks and he was both pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend!

Tried to get them to do swap brake pads and potentially rotors but they told me I needed to do a diagnosis. lol a diagnosis to confirm I needed the rotors. They called me and were pretty insistent about it. Got off the phone and they basically confirmed in order to avoid the diagnosis I’d have to take the wheel off myself and look at the rotor and tell them if they need to swap it. If you know exactly what you need; sure I guess the pricing wasn’t terrible considering they’ll come to you but they really expected me to take my wheel off, look at my rotor, and give them the OK to charge me more money. Like take the 2 seconds to look when you would’ve done the brake job; even if you had to buy the part it’s not like you couldn’t return it. Charge a $10 restocking fee or something if that’s an issue - don’t make me take a wheel off 🤣 For all that hassle I’ll just go to my regular mechanic come Monday.

The mechanic came to my location after I payed $100 to tell me what’s wrong with my car just to tell me he can’t fix what was wrong with it. Why are you a mechanic and can’t fix a problem with a car ? Atleast tell me that before I pay you money that could’ve went to fixing the problem! 1/10 recommend
