I really appreciate the vibe, communication, the waiting room, coffee area. Al was understanding and he assured me that everything will be okay. He made me feel comfortable and him trustworthy. They took pictures and diagnosed my vehicle. Gave me options on things I could do. I will definitely go back and i will be sending customers their way. Its hard to find good help now days.

I brought my car in for an oil change, and they were very accommodating. The waiting time was efficient, and they have a pleasant waiting area. They refilled all the necessary fluids, and the service tech explained all that was completed. The service was excellent. I highly recommend CarDome service department.

I call them and told them my problem he was polite and professional on the phone and told me to bring my car in and they would do an inspection and let me know what's going on with my 🚗 car. That's exactly what he did like asap. Than took care of the problem like right away. I was very satisfied with the work and the experience dealing with him. He was very nice and professional. Absolutely the best place if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle at a great price. I dealt with Al, he was so amazing and kind, went above and beyond to make sure that I was/am happy with my 2015 GMC Terrain. They put their customers before just making a quick $. I love that this is a family owned and operated business as well. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle. A++ customer service. I wanted to update my review to reflect just how much this place takes care of their customers. I had an issue with my radio ( something I knew about when I bought the car) they had to get a replacement for me. I had a scheduled time to be there but for some reason I ended up not getting my radio fixed that day, I live two hours away and instead of being asked to drive back down again the next day I was given a loner vehicle to get home and Al brought my vehicle to me, two hours away. Again if you are looking for top notch customer service and quality vehicles this is the place.

Unfortunately I did not have the five dark experiences that everybody else talks about having it’s not his fault it’s not the business for one star. It’s just showing that unfortunately I had a wonderful experience. The marketing is great. The brand is great, but you might have to go somewhere else if you definitely have poor credit or if you have bad credit. That’s it! :) Great team! But I unfortunately didn’t want away with a car, can’t lie about that. Blessings to you and take care.
