Free oil changes today...Who can beat that?! I was 600 miles over, and this place was right on time! Friendly service and I was in and out. The line was long, but the wait wasn't bad... Blessings to this establishment and to the people that work here.....

They are fast, reliable, and fair. They worked with my warranty company when no one else would. They felt so bad about the mis communication that ended up happening they made sure i was taken care . Good guys, polite and i would definately reccommend them over any shop or dearlership out there. They got me back in my car as quick as possible. Thanks Daly Auto Repair!!

Bunch of maintenance lights came on, on my Lexus. My usual non-dealership shop is way on the eastside, so I had to quickly fine a shop in Redford where I was! Happy I found Daly. Got me in right away, and diagnosed. Estimate was, well its a Lexus and only the 2nd time in alllllll the years Ive owned, and the 180k plus miles driven that ive had a 4 digit repair bill. ***I did a phone check and considering all the components that were replaced, the charges were reasonable AND I had my suv back by end of day. Been in enough shops in my life to know an efficient and square dealing mechanic and crew. Highly recommend as I now have a trusted place to go that has a friendly and professional staff

Was available to repair my car, when I arrived! The price was reasonably and they were very professional. They shop was very clean, and it didn’t take all day! I also shop at their, Auto Store on Plymouth near Beech Daly. I Love Daly Auto Shop and Daly Auto Parts.

My very first experience with Daly Auto was excellent! Hands down I received Top Quality care by Nick. I was very satisfied as I did not feel like i was taken advantage of because I am a woman. I went back for a 2nd round of work as I had just purchased a used Toyota and it needed much work, and I received very bad service by a different mechanic. I paid for a new part and it was used! I tried to work with management to recover a refund but I never received it from management! Also, when I did speak with management they tried to make me feel as if I was bothering them. So I had to reach out to my bank card, pretty much my credit card and request a refund because once I spoke with management they never issued me a refund. Unfortunately I will never do business with Daly Auto repair again and I needed over $2000 worth of work completed on my used Toyota but I chose to go with another mechanic. It is unfortunate because my first experience really made me feel like I could trust the services offered by the auto repair shop. My Toyota now runs like a new vehicle but it is not because of Daly Auto! I really did want to give them business but I’m disliking the way they tried to handle me once I issued a complaint.. Huge missed opportunity because of dishonest mechanics hired by the company.

Genuinely can’t trust these dudes. had my car towed to them because it was having an electrical issue. he called me back to confirm i was right and gave me 3 options fixing two open wires he found 480$/ changing my fuse box with a used fuse box for 1,450/ and potentially changing my ecm 800.. i did the first option assuming it would work and he called me back saying i definitely needed a new fuse box.. after trying to charge me 2,000 dollars to fix everything and telling me i definitely needed to do it because my car is not turning on.. they tried to get you to finance through them for the 2,000 by sending me a link.. (i did not do that) i even asked for pictures of the work done to the wires multiple times but never received any.. after going up there to see for myself he stated “i’d have to take the fuse box back off to show you.. “ the guys in the back had no idea what the guy in front “alex” was even talking about.. so i made them show me.. they claimed my radio turned off when the fuse box was moved but yet when he tried to demonstrate it worked perfectly fine.. and when i told them to try to start to car up (they told me it didn’t start and i needed a new fuse box and to get it towed if i took it home) it started right up and i drove it home no issue.. don’t spend money with them worst mechanic i’ve ever been too
