Super fair pricing! Jacob is very helpful and friendly. The guys did great work on my oil change and maintenance. Definitely plan to use them for all my car needs in the future.

We went in for a second opinion and D&W did and honest review unlike the place we took it before that was only interested in selling more stuff. D&W is honest and doesn’t hold back when something is wrong. They also explain what and why something needs replacing and is honest in their pricing. I would recommend D&W to anyone looking for an honest mechanic in Port Orchard.

The men who helped get my car started today were lifesavers! We are moving across the country and couldn’t get my 2012 Kia Sorento’s battery to start without the alarm blaring and making all our neighbors mad. We stopped by this place to see if they could help and they gave us a some advice to get my car started- free of charge. We were able to get it going & are worry free. This place is awesome! Highly recommend this place, they will take care of you!

I just had my timing chain replaced at this shop. Prior to talking to Jacob, I called around to find a shop that has experience doing this particular job. I can't believe how many shops out there did not have the experience or just did not want to to do the job. One specific shop in Kitsap County, which has great reviews, told me it was going to be approximately 9,000 to do the job. I said that is approximately 3 times more than what I was told it would cost and told him thanks anyway. Before I could hang up, he asked me what day would work best to bring my vehicle in. Really......I would never bring any of my vehicles there and I definitely will not recommend that business to anyone. Anyways, when I contacted D&W, they gave me a rough quote over the phone and said they could get my car in within a couple days. After they began working on my vehicle, they continued to update me. This means a lot. Most places don't and will surprise you when you pick up your vehicle. They fixed my vehicle in a couple of days and the price was very fair. Also they were very nice during every contact. D&W are professionals and understand how to operate a successful business. I definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

We were very happy with D&W Auto Repair. They were extremely friendly and were able to get my car in quickly. I had taken my car to a big box service center who said I needed a long list of things fixed. D&W identified what needed to be done (involving rotors and resurfacing drums) and did the work for a third of the cost of that other long list. We have found our place!

Just moved here from Atlanta for retirement and the first priority was to get a referral to have my truck looked at after a cross country journey when the check engine light started blinking. Turned out to be a faulty spark plug wire. So happy to find honest and polite mechanics. Being a senior woman it’s almost as important as finding a medical team. I am very satisfied with the service I receive from D&W Auto Repair. D&W has serviced three vehicles. They have always provided me with quality service in a timely manner at reasonable cost. One vehicle required repair of air conditioning system, which cost less than half the cost of another quote to repair. One vehicle had O2 Sensors replaced at reasonable cost. The 3rd vehicle required fixing my vent tabs which fell apart due to a cell phone holder. This free service was very much appreciated. I also had a general overall inspection of vehicle to ensure it will be reliable for a long time period, which was also a reasonable costs.

I have been going to d&w Auto repair for the last couple of years for maintenance and service. from Jacob at the front desk to the mechanics. everyone is courteous, trustworthy and does excellent work. I feel that I am in very good hands with them. finding a good mechanic is equal to finding a good doctor... I will always be taking my truck to them for its evaluations and service. Thank you

The shop and waiting area are clean and tidy. The employees are congenial and professional. There was no pressure for add ons or additional work. They were able to promptly resolve the issue with my truck. I've no problem recommending D&W. It was a relief to hear employees talking without cussing or being disrespectful....very unusual, especially in a repair shop. Thank you D&W!
