Finally, I made an appointment with European Motors Service Center, and got the bugs worked out. I had taken my 2006 BMW to three other auto shops, but they never could figure out what was wrong. I really appreciate these guys, fast , dependable, reliable. Thank you so much.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at an auto shop. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m putting a lot of trust in whoever I take my car to, and I’ve had some pretty negative experiences at the BMW dealership where I felt like I wasn't being told all the options. I understand and accept that BMWs are expensive to fix, but even after spending a significant amount on my car, European Motors made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and why, in a way that actually made sense to me and I appreciate that. I’m so glad I found this place, I am a loyal now, and have already been recommending it to everyone I know who drives a BMW.

This shop earned my trust. They didn’t rush into expensive repairs and instead used UV dye to accurately diagnose my oil leak. They also replaced only what was needed (rear brake pads) and confirmed my front brakes are still in good condition. Honest, fair, and professional. Definitely coming back again.

I have been a long time customer with European Motors now. I used to service my 2008 Audi TT with them, now almost a decade later, I trust them with my 2018 TTS. I recently needed a tune up and I always call for quotes from neighboring euro specialized shops. This shop always has competitive pricing, and this quote for the service was a no-brainer. I’ve never had a negative experience all these years later. As long as I live in the area, this is my main shop.

Love the guys at European. Needed repairs on the 2016 Mercedes I purchased a few months ago. They found an issue that the dealer missed and saved me money on what it would have cost at the dealer. Joe, Craig and all the guys in the shop really know their stuff. I will be using them for my future needs for sure. They are awesome!

I brought my new car here wanting to get it checked out and they worked so fast i got it the very next morning. They were very respectful and kind! I highly recommend bringing any European model car here, it’s affordable and fast services!

I have had great experience taking both of my cars here. They are also very helpful when I email or have issues. They are quick to respond and always take my cars in Right away. I highly recommend this place. As a female, I have found that some car places assume that I do not know anything or overcharge. This place has never done that to me and I appreciate it.

I have had a wonderful experience with European Motors. I took my Audi 94 cabriolet in for service and numerous repairs. The team did an amazing job and the car is in tip top order. I couldn’t be happier with this team. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

The auto repair was great. I feel that training/education needs to be done at the front desk. The counter person used profanity at my insurance company because he did not understand how to open an email and get payment for the shop. This particular insurance company is excellent. I’ve used it for a company I’ve owned. I’ve used it for myself & friends use it. They are prompt to pay. In fact the minute I called them they were going to cover it. This was truly one person hurting the shop’s reputation- this man actually used profanity at a professional level how embarrassing & ridiculous. So again, my insurance could have closed my case - due to his disrespectful words. He wined about his work load - we are all there - I am not sure I will go back will such an unprofessional person - my car is a luxury car - back to the dealership - I may go it is that this shop is close to home.

I have had great past experience with the shop which brought me to bring in my wife's 2004 Z4 convertible BMW But I think staff has changed after a couple phone calls thoroughly explaining my circumstances and even trying to get a quote to replace the convertible top hydraulic motor and they urge me to bring it in for diagnostics so they could see if it was maybe just a simple hydraulic hose leak After dropping it off and was told that the estimate would would be just under $4,000 and to do any further diagnostics would be more than the original $220 first hour diagnostics They told me they're diagnostic findings confirmed everything I told them no more no less And mentioned absolutely nothing about looking to see if there was any hydraulic fluid leakage After talking to Dylan who's only been there for 15 years I think there was definitely a staff change and customer service downfall
