Ulysses runs a team that checks everything without pressure, and Joseph and Issac turn in some of the quickest oil changes people have had anywhere.

First time at jiffy lube! I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me. He didn’t mansplain in the slightest and was the upmost polite and patient when I asked simple car questions. He gave other mechanic shop recs even outside of the company that provide a service that their site didn’t which I appreciated. The workers were very kind and even charged my iPhone with their power cord while I waited in my car and even brought the plugged in tap to pay kiosk to me in my car so I didn’t have to get out. It felt like I was being pampered, it was a great experience!
Having a go-to spot for car maintenance is so important, and I'm glad I found mine! Ulysses and his team at this Jiffy Lube always do a great job. They're efficient, friendly, and I always leave feeling confident my car is in good hands. Highly recommend!
Ulysses and the whole team were so friendly and helpful. I went for an oil change and they checked everything it needed to be checked and without any pressure, told me about what needed to be done. It was quick, easy and I’m beyond satisfied with the service and costumer service. Def recommend the place 🩵
Shout out to Joseph (and team!) for the quickest oil change I’ve ever received. Joseph was very knowledgable about my vehicle and provided amazing customer service! In the future, I will only go to this Jiffy Lube for basic car maintenance.
This is my regular stop for an oil change. The staff have always been kind direct and efficient. My oil change light came on earlier this week so I headed in for an oil change, Joseph greeted me and let me know that I was early for my oil change and I had a few thousand miles before I needed to come back. I really appreciated him printing me out a new sticker to remind me when to come back. He was really friendly and warm.
Joseph and Issac were very helpful and provided excellent customer service!! Got us in and out. One of the best jiffy lube experiences I’ve had ever!
Had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube. I was impressed by their glowing reviews and now I am happily adding to the chorus of folks singing their praises! I drove right up on a Wednesday morning at 9am and didn't have to wait at all. I was immediately greeted by a team of very kind young men who seemed to genuinely care about/enjoy one another and the work they do. They took care of me quickly and even changed my headlight for free (I had the new bulb in my glovebox and had been meaning to get to it). They didn't do any upselling or pressuring to buy anything and truly delivered a wonderful service. You're in kind, capable hands here! I will be back.
The entire team here were awesome and treated me with respect and kindness. I held off on getting basic car care done because I have had so many bad experiences with automotive places. This put me at risk for unsafe situations on the road. I finally took my car in for an oil change here. The team at this Jiffy Lube were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and fast! They worked well together as a team, like a well-oiled machine :). I highly recommend this location if you want fast, reliable, kind car care! Seriously!
I got my oil change service done on Friday, and since I was their first customer early in the morning, it was completed really quickly. They even applied coupons on their end, which gave me a much better discount than the one I had. The only downside was that there wasn’t anyone available to assist with the tire rotation, so I’ll have to visit them again for that.
Regarding an oil change I had a couple months ago, went here cause I didn't trust my dealership putting the right oil (they tend to put in the wrong oil for a different model). Needless to say, Jiffy Lube here did a great job in getting me in quickly, but I noticed that for some odd reason the mechanic doing the oil change spent like 20 minutes with their drill at full blast trying to screw in something, for an oil change? Or destroying the something cause all I could hear is metal grinding, I don't know and I don't want to know. Was about to confront the guy but they slammed that door under the car shut when I got closer. Needless to say, not returning.
I've lived in the neighborhood for 19 years, the customer experience at this Jiffy Lube has had the same fundamental problem: there is no clear queue management. This location appears to accept vehicles from two different approach roads, creating two separate lines that merge into the same service area, but there is no signage, no cones, no staff member directing traffic, and no indication of who is actually next. As a customer, that means you have no idea whether you're first, fifth, or committing to an hour in your car. The actual oil change may be quick. The waiting experience is not. This most recent visit was the breaking point. I waited outside for several minutes with no acknowledgment from staff, eventually went inside to ask how the queue worked, and was told there basically isn't one, just two different lines, with service averaging about 15 minutes per car. That means customers are expected to estimate their own wait time while sitting in an unmanaged traffic puzzle. I've also previously encountered inventory issues where the correct oil for modern hybrid vehicles wasn't available, though that's not my main complaint here. The bigger issue is customer experience and basic operational management. If you run a drive-up automotive service business, queue visibility isn't optional. A sign, cones, a numbering system, occasional staff check-ins, or even a rough wait-time estimate would dramatically improve the experience. I left without service because I wasn't willing to gamble an unknown amount of time. TO THE SOCIAL MEMBER PERSON RESPONSE FOR RESPONDING TO EACH OF THESE: Please do not ask me to go through another step of contacting corp. There are over 2000 jiffy lube locations. Asking reviewers to contact yet another entity for issues with their business model is not a good use of my time and is just performed by you to keep "engagement" at OKR levels. It's a cop out and does nothing but affect the goodwill of the community as issues remain unresolved and lost in beauracy. The issue is this store. Please have management consider adding some signs, use traffic cones and respect customers time with a representative. MonkeyWrench on Aurora does this
