I had a great experience here getting my windshield replaced in their new windshield bay! A small chip, in the span of 12 hours, had spread to the whole width of my windshield on a hot day. I left it like that for way too long, but finally called and was quoted for much less than my insurance deductible. They were so professional and kind to work with, they got me in next day!! Highly reccommend 😊

I was able to bring my Ford Focus in for an air compressor change within the same day I called! They did a great job and had it done by end of business day, which was awesome! The crew was super helpful as well as kind and friendly and I will definitely recommend them to others in the future.

Absolutely love Duran! They are fast, efficient and have integrity. They fixed my window when it slipped from the track into the door and did it super fast! They are extremely thoughtful guys. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for car repairs.

So far my auto has been working superb! I can't blame them for expensive autoparts.They had me back on the road in 1 business day. I'm very thankful for the kindness and knowledge these technicians have. I will be going back to them in the future

Cannot describe the gratitude and respect for Duran Truck & Auto. Joe and his team are phenomenal. I had a ‘95 SAAB 9000 aero from auction with some damage and wasn’t able to drive it home after a mechanically failure post auction pick up. Luckily on a cold January morning I was able to get it towed to his shop, had the vehicle worked on and excellent communication throughout the process. Was able to pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle to drive back to Phoenix. I could go on to sing my praises for Duran Truck & Auto. A thousand thanks.

A clip or something fell off my transmission for the speed sensor. Joe and his team were quick to custome make a new one so the sensor wouldnt fall out. They checked a few other things and got me back on the road. Wonderful people and very skilled. Huge thank you.

Joe is a great guy he is honest and has integrity and he rolls it over to his guys. He fixed the brakes on my dually not once but twice because the drums I bought were warped. He found a way to get them turned so I could have the best outcome. His prices are also very fair. Duran is my go to shop. Thanks Joe and God bless you and the crew always

Joe and his crew are amazing! We were driving home to Washington State and had an issue with our automatic window. Duran Truck and Auto was almost the only place open on Saturday so we stopped in. No appointment was needed, Joe took a look, diagnosed the issue, got the parts delivered and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. ​I typically leave 5-star reviews, and there was a lot to like about my experience here. I chose Duran’s based on their great reputation for service and reasonable pricing. From my initial phone call to bringing my vehicle in the next day, the customer service was excellent. ​I brought my car in because it was having trouble starting, and I mentioned I suspected the battery or the starter. After a 15-minute test, they confirmed it was a bad battery. While I completely understand and value a mechanic's time, I was disappointed to be charged a $70 diagnostic fee just for a battery test—especially since battery testing is widely offered for free at many nearby shops. ​Everything else about the visit was great, and I chose not to argue the price at the counter. I do admit I should have asked about potential fees upfront, but $70 for a quick battery check feels a bit too steep. While I appreciate their friendliness, the unexpected cost means I likely won't be returning.
