I didn't think that there was an honest mechanic on the planet until I went to Eli's Garage on Beech Street in Malden. Eli's Garage is an honest business who does excellent work at very reasonable prices. Eli stands behind his guarantee. I had a problem with a part. Eli's Garage exchanged the part for no labor or part charge.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to help anyone who is like me and looking for somewhere to take their car. I feel like, especially as a woman, I have unfortunately dealt with being overcharged and lied to by mechanics in the past, leaving doing anything car-related to be a really stressful situation for me. I am so glad that I found Eli's Garage. They are so honest, quick, and helpful. Tawfik showed me where and why I needed fixes to my car, and then was able to help me get new tires and brakes at the best price possible. I highly recommend to everyone looking for an honest deal!

Eli’s garage is hands down the best mechanic shop around the area! They’re always kind and patient and have helped me with my car many times without charge. I highly recommend these guys, super knowledgeable and thoughtful and i’ll always come to them for any car related issues.

Both my husband and I trust out cars to these wonderful mechanics. They are all really thorough and efficient. The owner, Tawfik, always goes above and beyond with his service; he is really friendly, does his best to accommodate you and to have your car ready in a super timely manner. But most importantly, he is a very honest person, which is very important to us. If your car is making any noise or if you are concerned about anything, this is the place you want to take your car to. If there is nothing wrong with your car, they will let you know. Great owner! Nice service! I have been to the Toyota Dealership because the engine light was on. And toyota told me it's my fault caused the issue and quoted me over 1000 to replace the cata converter. When I went to Eli's, the owner told me my car is only 22000 miles and it's still a baby. toyota is lying to me. Eli fixed the problem by adding the cata clean liquid with only 28 cost. He saved me a lot of money! Love him! I will buy a gift for him! He is the best!

Love Eli's. I've been a frequent here for the past year and their service is beyond exceptional. Their prices are reasonable, the service is decently fast, and they always do an excellent job. Tawfik especially always handles my issues with care and I'm always greeted with a smile. I couldn't ask for a better, more convenient mechanic. Truly the best mechanic in Malden!

Great experience at Eli's garage. My car needed important repairs. I had good communication throughout, they ensured I knew what they found and that I agree with the repairs being done. They knew I need my car to work everyday and worked in a timely manner to ensure I had it back as soon as possible (got it back even earlier than predicted!). They charged me the estimated price.

I went twice for an inspection...1st time they said the person that does inspections wasn't there...the second time they said they didn't have time because the garage was full of repair work. I wouldn't go for an inspection if I were you. Don't waist your time! 😞 Update- the response from the owners on my 1 star review was so appreciated and professional, I have changed it to a 3 star review! Good luck Elis's!!!! 👍
