I called same day for both appts and they were able to take me immediately. I came in for an oil change and it was done in under an hour! I came in again to fix my tire and my headlight and both fixed in under a half hour! Service so fast and so kind!! Love it

Wow, blown away and so happy with the service I received tonight. My husband and I live two hours away and were spending the day in the city for my birthday. Right before we were going to drive home, we noticed we had a flat tire. My husband changed it to a donut, and I googled and navigated us to the closest repair shop which LUCKILY was Ell-Bern! I think it took a half hour to patch both holes, put the tire back on, and nicely stow my donut and all the supplies back under my trunk. So nice, and the price was great - they easily could have jerked us around and/or charged us more but they wished me a happy birthday and then we were on our way home! I wish they were our local shop because I would bring all my business here. Thank you guys!!

Trustworthy, above and beyond helpful — I’ve tried a handful of auto shops around the city, and Ell-Bern has been the best by far.

Have used this shop for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed in their service. From inspections, to tune-ups to repairs they have been fair and responsive. In a world where at lot of things don't work this is business that does.

Ell Bern Automotive saves the day! (they have good prices on oil changes too!) A few days ago I was driving to my son's first high school game. I hit a screw on the way and needed a tire repair. After explaining the emergency the Ell Bern technician was able to go to my vehicle in their lot and fix the tire quickly. We were back on the road in time to see the start of the game!

My car wouldn't start today so I called Ell-Bern - they were able to take my car right away. I had it towed to their shop, they called me shortly after it arrived with the diagnosis and price. It was ready for pick up an hour later! I just needed a new battery. Reasonably priced, easy to get to from the Mass Ave stop on the orange line, and friendly service. I will definitely be going there again in the future.

I went for the annual inspection + oil change. The prices (For oil) are slightly higher compared to other places. $98 for full synthetic (Civic 16) when I usually pay around $70 but, overall no complaints, they work fast!

This shop is a joke. I’ve passed inspection here before with just a minor wiper issue, but this time they failed me for the exact same thing unless I bought their $60 wipers on the spot. It’s inconsistent, feels like a money grab, and shows zero professionalism. I won’t trust them again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time here.
