Got sad news from ETE last Tuesday that my Pilot needed a new transmission. I was told the car wouldn’t be ready for about a week. Imagine my surprise when they called just a few days later to say the car was ready for pick up! While it was an expensive repair, it was a lot less expensive than replacing the car & it drives like it’s brand new! I recommend ETE all the time & will continue to do so. Great group of trustworthy, knowledgeable & thorough guys! Thanks ETE!

A breath of fresh air! Vince and the guys were super helpful and accommodating for my latest vehicle emergency. They kept me posted all throughout the process and tried to save me money where they could. I will take my currwnt car and future cars here. Best mechanic shop in town by far!

As a result of being a normal human, I despise paying large amounts of money for vehicle repairs. That aside, these guys were great. I was very appreciative of their communication during the work and follow-up after it was completed. I would definitely recommend ETE to anyone in need of their services

Both Jeff and Vince were very professional, they kept me informed and above all they were honest with me. After the repair they wanted to keep the vehicle over night just to make sure everything was working like is should when the vehicle was cold, they found out the part was defective and replaced it again that day. I've dealt with a lot of car repair shops where they just want to get the vehicle out the door (not this firm)!! I highly recommend them should you want a second opinion or looking for a firm that will be fair and is willing to help. Lastly, I received a text message from Vince about 3 weeks after the repair asking how everything was going with the vehicle. This is something that you rarely hear in today's day and age. I highly recommend Engine and Transmission Exchange. FYI - They do all types of vehicle repair (not just engine and transmission). Thanks again

They did a great job and even fixed a issue that was not related to the original problem i recommend the place they are very knowledgeable and professional and do a fantastic job they went above and beyond to make sure things where taken care on my vehicle and where very professional about it.

I have heard about all the great services that people have received from ETE and amazing care for individuals and their vehicles on the Jay Webber and Dan O'Donnell shows. I decided to try them even though I had a feeling what was already wrong. I use to be able to do these repairs by myself, but I was an officer for the Kenosha Sheriff's Department and was hit in a head on collision by a drunk driver at over 100 mph. 31 surgeries later I needed to find someone I could trust and that is harder than you think of companies taking advantage of you. Not ETE at all. They truly care and not only repaired and replaced everything I needed, but they took off the charge for the diagnostic, and I know they gave me a deal and didn't fully charge me for some of my repairs. I live in Caledonia off the lake and I will be a constant returning customer for my vehicle, my wife's and my kids vehicles. It's worth the drive for the amazing service you truly get from ETE. I brought my truck here yesterday because it was having issues. They originally told me it might take two days just to check it, but today they called and said they had already looked at it and everything was fine! The service was much faster than expected. They were very kind, honest, and charged me a very fair price. I really appreciated how professional they were — they gave me confidence to come back in the future if I ever need help again

I had my transmission replaced a year ago, all went very well. They made a bad situation more tolerable. This past week the suspension on my car "broke" I had no idea what to expect. Jeff explained everything and followed through with my questions. I would recommend ETE to friends

The best place in town! Everyone is super nice & helpful.This is definitely the car service place to go to. I've never had a problem with any of my car services because the guys get it right the first time around. ETE is truly the Best!

I took my truck for a leak in the front of my truck to be repaired, they keep my truck for a week and said they fix the leak I paid them over 1300 dollars and pick my truck up . Soon as I got home the leak was still there. I call back and they told me to take my truck to a car wash for an underbody wash. I did that and the leak was still there. I call back and they told me to bring it back Monday. I did and they kept my truck 2 more days to tell me I have a different leak that was going to cost me another $1,300. I had already paid them the same amount they were asking me to pay them to fix the leak that I originally brought the truck up there for when I told them that I were going to go to contact six and put up a bad review they dropped the price down to $682. These people be really scamming. If a person bring a car and ask them to fix a leak that is in the front driver side, that was your concern. The front left driver side of their truck how do you get to leaks everywhere else and do not explain that to them charge them for the leaks and the leak that you came for they never fixed and keep saying they sorry they overlooked that leak, then tell you they can fix the leak for another $1,300 and when you threaten to call contact six or put a bad review on them then they tell you they can fix it for $682. I'm letting people know that this is not the kind of service you want. Repair technician should let people know upfront what their concerned about, not just fix what they want and never fix the leak you specifically came there to address. I wouldn't refer anybody to them because they do bad business. I don't trust them to do the right thing. I'm advising people to think twice before you take your car there.
