About EuroFix
EuroFix in Nashville services the German metal - an Audi A6's preventative maintenance came in under cost expectations, a 2016 CLA 250's supposedly bad steering column and fuel pump (per another shop) got properly re-diagnosed here, and a road-tripper's car was fixed in a day so the trip could continue. Marshal, Justin, Blake, David and Jordan run the desk.
The negatives are real: a $200/hour labor rate that produced no fix for one customer, and a VW owner's long-running dispute. Price the big jobs. Tennessee has no emissions testing. Rated 4.4 across 540 reviews.
Customer Reviews
Service staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. The service was performed well and that also have a second inspection from a maintenance manager after the technician is finished to make sure everything is done properly. That is excellent!
I recently gave EUROFix, the opportunity to handle preventative maintenance on my Audi A6, and I couldn't be happier. Both the service and the cost exceeded my expectations. It's great to find a shop that makes keeping my car in top shapes so easy. HIGHLY recommend!
Gracias por todo 👍 I took my 2016 Mercedes CLA 250 to another shop where they told me the steering column and fuel pump were bad. I decided to bring it here because my car’s warranty recommended this shop, and it was the best decision. They were very professional, fast, and honest. It turned out the issue was just the Mercedes auxiliary battery. In less than 4 hours, my car was ready. Highly recommended!
I went there on 09/09/2025 with my 2022 Alfa Romeo stereo for an oil change. This my very first time here . So did the oil change . I noticed that my oil level on my screen still show that to much oil .Cool, I turn around went back let them know what was going on. So they fix it, he said they reset it . Well, what ever they did it not reading my oil level. I started noticing my level on my screen, it’s not moving. As of today Jan /04/2026 my oil light came on the dash board. I went check the oil level on screen it’s still say full. I will not take my Alfa Romeo back here at all, back to the Maserati dealership my 2022 Alfa Romeo goes. 🤦🏽♀️😡😤 Jan/05/2026 Update !!!! So EuroFix Manager called me, ask me what’s going on with my 2022 Alfa Romeo, I told him. He said , Latoya can you stop by today so my team can look it over. I said sure what time is best , he said when ever convenient for you. So I went up there , they under new Management and new people work there. So he took my Alfa Romeo in the back keep me up date about what they was doing . Well, it was to much oil in it . If you know any about Alfa Romeo it’s not dipstick to check it . So they Change the oil and now everything works perfect thanks so much.
I can't begin to say enough about this crew. I had an appointment at 8a.m., they got my car right in, within 30 mins or so manager came and told me what my car needed, which I knew that service was due. He didn't try to sell me anymore than what I needed. Great customer service, friendly, and personable as well. All I ask for when taking my car to a shop is, honesty and to get the job done CORRECTLY!!! Thank you EuroFix, I really appreciate the crew.
I'm glad I came to Eurofix for the repair of my 2018 Mercedes GLS. They did a great job! Marshal, Justin, and Blake were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and transparent communication.
Service advisors David and Jordan were nice and the shop did me a real solid favor being able to fix my car in a day. I was passing through on a road trip when my alternator overcharged and fried my battery leaving me stranded. I felt the service was great and shop hand Justin was nice enough to take us to our hotel where we awaited the parts and repair. As a previous automotive service manager I think the pricing was fair.
Very expensive and didn't fix the problem. There hourly rate is 200 dollars an hour. They wanted more and more money I got my car out of there asap. I do not recommend. I paid my very expensive bill and took my car to another mechanic where it is getting actually fixed for way less.
It took me a while to decide to leave this review but here it goes… I moved here from Arkansas in February and I took my 2012 VW Passat to them thinking they would treat me right… wrong… they charged me over $2000 to “fix” my front control arm and said once I changed my brakes the car would stop shaking… they also “looked” and confirmed that I had an oil leak… they broke the handle to my dipstick to pull it out and disabled my cruise control. I changed my brakes and the car still shakes because I need an alignment NOT a new control arm and guess what… they didn’t fix the control arm. I also didn’t have an oil leak because that’s what mechanics been telling me since 2021 but 13qts of oil was drained from my car. If you’re black… please don’t go here they will take your money and mess up your car.
Brought my 2012 Volkswagen Beetle Turbo to EuroFix in Murfreesboro and spend over $3,000 on repairs-including a vacuum pump, high pressure fuel pump, and upper timing cover. I trusted their team to use quailty parts and stand by their work. Unfortunatly, that wasn't the case. Another trusted Volkswagen specialist just confimed that EuroFix installedlow quality aftermarket Chinese parts. The timing cover is leaking badly, the vacuum pump is failing, and its likely contributed to turbo issues. Theseare all parts I already paid them to replace. I even orignally replaced the timing cover myself and told them I wanted proper parts-yet they still went ahead and used garbage-quality replacements. Now I'm stuck paying again to fix their shortscuts. There was zero transparency about part orgin or quality. Do yourself a favor and verify what parts they're using before you hand over your car or your wallet. I won't be going back.
