I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Barry was extremely kind, helpful and informative about what was going on with my vehicle and charged me a fair price for my service. From my experience, this shop is run by good, honest people.

Hands down the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received. Berry is a phenomenal person that is very educational and inclusive and treats others the way they deserve to be treated. They go Far beyond what’s expected, they’re very fair in pricing and highly knowledgeable about the details in repairing and checking your vehicle out. I highly recommend this location! This is the first place I call whenever something is wrong with my car. They are extremely helpful with great service and great guest service. They do a great job with efficiency and competitive pricing.

True honest service!!! I recommend them for all your needs. Went in expecting it to be a large bill but they fixed it, possible alternator? Luckily it was diagnosed as wires on the battery. They checked the whole system out too. changed the wipers and oil for less then many other places charge just for an oil and filter change.

We recently started taking our vehicle to Hackett Brothers, and they have been top notch. They are very informative and always willing to go over each recommendation in detail, which leaves you feeling completely comfortable with the work being performed. Everyone is consistently friendly, communication is clear and timely, and they truly stand by their work. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do and value building long-term relationships with their customers.

4/22/24 I am extremely pleased with Hackett Bros. I was initially told by another shop that they could not fix the problem. Hackett came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They assessed the issue and completed the job very quickly. Their service is impeccable! I’m grateful to have a friendly reliable shop nearby that I can count on when I need honest, fair & reasonably priced service for my car. Highly recommend HACKETT BROS!

Hackett Brothers is the only place we take our vehicles. We live about an hour away, but it is well worth the drive. Their willingness to work with you as a customer is outstanding. They get your car done properly and timely. For a place to also talk you out of stuff you don't need to get done is surprising with most shops just wanting to take all your money. I highly recommend Hackett Brothers to anybody!

I love the fact that they are honest and their price quotes are pretty much accurate and sometimes end paying less than the quoted price! But whatever needs repaired on your vehicle will be and with top quality parts and great customer service!
