Alex was very helpful and transparent regarding costs and estimated maintenence times. loved the portal they used- it allowed me to view general information about my vehicle, what tests and diagnostics they'd done, who did them, what they found, what services they would reccomend, and a breakdown of all costs. reccomended to friends, and i would come back

Fenkell Automotive Repair has done quite a bit of larger repairs over the last couple of years for me. They have done a great job. I appreciate the willingness to help and accommodate my needs. I will definitely call them again.

The experience at fenkel was good. I felt that they were very transparent with me regarding the state of my vehicle. They did a full inspection, even though I was only in for wheel bearings and identified several additional necessary repairs, but made 0 attempts to push the service. It was just included with the job and was very comprehensive. Our company has our fleet vehicles taken here for mechanical service and I can see why. I am overall satisfied with this shop and the service I received. I would recommend.

I was able to schedule a visit promptly, I received a complete list of recommended repairs and was able to decide which repairs I wanted done immediately and which could wait. There was no pressure to have all of the repairs done immediately. Alex explained everything to me and my car was ready the day after drop off.

Great place to do business, they're honest and upfront and very professional. Took my 16 Ram Laramie for an oil change, tire rotation and filters. Customer service is top tier. I will be doing business with them again.

Fenkell Automotive is a professional, clean, well run shop. The staff are kind, easy to talk to, and helpful. Turn around times on service are quick, communication is prompt, and pricing is fair and transparent. Shuttle available for customers after dropping off their vehicles, is a helpful bonus.

Great team at Fenkell. They make it super easy to drop your car off, pay and get out of there without a hassle. Their prices are very reasonable and can’t beat that small town feel.

I had a wonderful experience here when I brought my cat in to be fixed. The staff kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to explain things I didn’t fully understand. They were also able to work me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The building is very clean, and the service and communication were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Fenkell has quickly become my go-to auto shop. They’ve always been quick to fit me in, working efficiently and with great care, especially with my nearly 20-year-old Jeep. And as someone eager to learn more about my car, I greatly appreciate their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. They’re proactive with their communication, keeping me updated on my car’s progress when it needs to stay for a few days, which gives me peace of mind. The free shuttle service is a bonus, and I’ve found the after-hours drop-off especially helpful. Their waiting room is the best I’ve seen in an auto shop, and the adorable shop dog, Hank, only makes me love this place even more. The exceptional service provided by the entire team is what keeps me coming back. Sue, Joe, and everyone at Fenkell are not only knowledgeable and skilled but also kind, friendly, and easygoing. Very helpful, friendly, even drove me home & picked me up.when i had to leave my vehicle. No complaints on repairs. The only downside was they are busy, & had it a week for a 1 day job. But i guess that happens when a shop is good.
