I am giving 5 stars for Chris alone. We took our car to get a diagnosis and we had questions and concerns about the diagnosis. Chris listened to our concerns, asked the service tech to come out to speak to us and provided clarification. He answered our questions, he was professional and courteous. We did not feel pressured to make any impulsive decisions. Thank you Chris for providing excellent customer service. Kindness goes a long way and makes an impact causing customers to put their trust back in merchants……. We all work hard for our money and I appreciate Chris for listening and understanding.

If you are looking for a great place to service your vehicle this Firestone is the best! Chris and his team were courteous, informative and very professional. I set an appointment. They told me how long it would take to work on my Jeep and they even finished up 30 minutes head of schedule. There were no surprises. They did the work they said they were going to do and charged me the same price they quoted me. Thank you Firestone on Truman road, for your top notch service. I would highly recommend you to everyone. Keep up the great work!

They don't try to upsell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. If you're a girl, trust this place. They tell you issues that may arise in the future, tell you time-line on what needs to be fixed and in order of importance. Prices very reasonable. Very polite. Only place we go now.

I’ve taken my car here over 5-6 years I’d like to give it 3.7 stars. When it rains it pours with cars. I’ve had mine in the shop 3 times in the last month. The prices are okay, on the higher side of market rate. Tires are expensive. It took a long time for me to get my car back. The staff I spoke to were all friendly and helpful and when I explained that I had to get to work or an appointment the following day they put the car on rush and were able accommodate my needs. They also applied all the discounts they could. Thank you Mathew(I think), Chris, and Megan! (I’m sorry Megan for my tone on the phone when you told me the prices. Thank you for your patience!)

Went for a safety inspection but was failed due to my “rear brake pads being worn down completely” and I was quoted near $600. I said no, went to a Honda dealership, and was told they were not nearly as bad as Firestone made them out to be. They were worn but wouldn’t warrant failing a safety inspection. Location was dirty, chairs were grimy, not enough seats for the number of people they were seeing. Wasted my time and money. One positive thing was the kind front desk personnel who kindly worked around my schedule and allowed me to come it later in the day. I appreciated that very much!

Took my car there on appointment because my tire blew out. Waiting an hour and a half just for it to be sitting in the parking lot with nothing done. Was told that the tech had left for the day and the earliest they could do was the next day. Thank you Firestone for wasting my time and stranding me in downtown! You're amazing! I love when you hold onto my keys, do nothing with my car, and don't even bother to give me a call or text! I love when you hold my car late enough to where no other shop is open! Yall are the best! Each and every one of you deserve a raise! Especially the tech who left early, and especially the front desk lady who couldnt even bother to update me!

We took our car to get a diagnostic so they had to take the right wheel off to access some cabling that was broken, first they would not tell us what was broken which was an easy fix (power steering cable) We did not get the service with them but only paid the diagnostic. A 50 dollar fix that I performed was going to be around 400 with them because they would not tell us what was the problem, also we drove 40 min to realize later that the Tech forgot 2 lug nuts on our right wheel which was the one he took off to access it, their manager said that was something unusual for him, I believe what is not usual for him it is to use the air impact wrench so hard we could not take one of the lug nuts off without borrowing an air impact wrench from somebody else. Also he missed to put back the panel retainers on that side of the wheel and when I told the manager that she said she did not spoke about that on the phone with a defensive attitude already since she knew I was altered by this already. To complete their great job they did not even gave us matching lug nuts for our wheel.

I brought my car in. It was overheating and the signs pointed to timings. I gotta quote from them, They called me $1200 for tuning. Up my spark plugs ignition cables and distributor on an old infiniti. I turned to them down as the price was way too high for a tune up. I ended up change my battery and sparkplugs and my cars running perfect. I think that they forgot to test my battery, Because they tested the distributor and said there was a fault. This is probably due to the battery having low output current. I spent maybe an hour and 400 bucks and saved myself from a huge bill that might have done nothing. The price of the distributer they had quoted me was 600+ usd and when I looked up online you can get them for about 150. Watch out when going here or this could be you.

I had the worst experience at this Firestone (501 E Truman Rd). I dropped off my AVIS-approved rental car at 12 PM for maintenance. They told me it would be taken care of. I came back 5 hours later and absolutely nothing was done. No one bothered to call or update me. When I asked why, they simply said they were short-staffed and told me to go to another Firestone. After wasting my whole afternoon, they handed the car back without any service done. Terrible communication. No respect for customer time. Completely unprofessional. I’ll definitely choose a different location next time. 🚫

My recent experience at this Firestone location was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had an unexpected flat tire in the morning and called ahead to inquire about availability. My calls were met with multiple long holds and even a hang-up, which was a terrible start. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the counter was polite, but unable to provide any estimated time for the repair, stating it 'could be a few hours.' After waiting a few hours, I called to check the status, only to be put on hold again and not receive any assistance. When I finally got through on another call, I was informed my tire wouldn't be fixed until almost closing time, around 7 PM. I explained that this was far too late and asked if they could simply put my spare on so I could leave the damaged tire overnight and pick it up the next day. Shockingly, they refused, stating they 'couldn't pull their tire guy away from what he was doing.' This left me with no option but to change the spare tire myself, in their parking lot, without any assistance from their staff. The lack of clear communication, the inability to provide even a rough time estimate, and the refusal to offer basic help like putting on a spare tire for a stranded customer demonstrates a severe lack of customer service and time management. This was a truly terrible experience.
