I came into Hank mays due to the car pulling after a recent alignment thinking that the tires were the problem. When I brought it in Fritz drove the car to pinpoint what the issue is and told me let’s align the car to see if it fixes the issue. After the wheel alignment the car has been driving straight. He did tell me about all the other Goodyear tires that would be good for my car. Wayne was a very nice person to talk to over the phone and was looking to help me. I will be coming back here when I need tires or any other work done on my car and the service is amazing and Wayne and Fritz are very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about

I like going to Goodyear shops because I find them dependable and reasonably priced which was the case with Hank May. I only needed oil change and tire rotation but I left knowing I found an auto center I trust to handle any major work in the future.

This is not the first time I've come to these guys. I recommend them.

These guys have been there for me for over 20 years. You can count on them to go above and beyond. Reasonably priced excellent work 😁!!! Update - I noticed a screw came off of my license plate in the front. I stopped by and Wayne replaced it for me at no charge!!!

I highly recommend Hank May’s Stamford! I took my truck in for service to have them check if I needed new brakes and to get the alignment checked as well. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they welcomed me right away. I had a detailed conversation with Fritz, the manager, about my concerns regarding the brakes. I didn’t want to settle for off-brand parts, and I made it clear that I wanted something that matched or exceeded the current standards for my truck. Fritz was patient with my questions and really put my mind at ease by explaining the quality of their brake materials and the importance of getting the alignment right. He also made sure to pass all the details of our conversation on to the technician. I left my truck with them, and within two hours, they called to let me know that I didn’t need new brakes, but my alignment was slightly off, which they fixed. What really stood out to me was their honesty—it's rare to find that these days. I've since told everyone I know about their exceptional customer service, patience, and integrity. It's such a relief to finally have a mechanic I can trust with my vehicle.

Dropped my car off this morning to repair a very slow leak in one tire, and it was quickly diagnosed and repaired for $42. That seems extremely reasonable to me. Plus, had a great rapport with Richard behind the desk. A friendly and funny guy. Have also had my emissions checked on another occasion. No issues there either. Would recommend.

It says they do emissions from 8am to 5pm but they only have 1 person doing it so when he goes on brake for an hour you just have to wait. Nice customer service.
