Walk in customer, place has shelves and shelves stacked on shelves of in stock items. Quick friendly service. A little disapointed in my back window, it has a wave at the top that distorts cars in my rear view mirror. Im sure they'd give me another one but who wants to R&R a back window and molding. I still highly recommend them, I blame the aftermarket junk being made.

Ordered a power steering pump kit for my 69 Camaro. Had some issues with the pump making some noise, they are making up the pump! Ordered new drip moldings an rocker panel molding's. Highly satisfied with the look an fit of them. Really good at communicating if you have a problem with something.

I ordered a box of parts for my 1969 Camaro. They came well packaged and parts were as described. I will order from them again whenever I need any parts.

Good inventory, but the e-commerce seems to be from 1998. I struggled with an order just now that I tried to place, got an error message, my card was still initially charged, and now they want to send me some kind of authorization form. All because my billing and shipping zip code are different. They need to invest in their systems.

Ordered 30 line items, Received 27 3/4 of them. Were are all human, Some Times 5 grade Math fails us. Trouble is, Its now 3 weekends since being shorted a small handful of fasteners to assemble my Dash. My Local Postmaster Friend tells me the Replacement Package is still Sitting at Heartbeats Facility?? Via Heartbeats supplied Tracking #, Since May 19th, Today is Jun 2nd. Guess my Joke about Don's 5th Grade Math Oopsie was more than the Company Could bear. After Today's phone conversation, Maybe they'll find my Envelope and hand it to the Postman.

I ordered a new package tray for my 67 Camaro in Bright Blue, they sent one in Medium Blue by mistake. Not a big deal but I had an event coming up and didn’t have time to deal with the exchange so I asked them for a return and refund and ordered another package tray from another online company with expedited delivery. They responded immediately and asked if I wanted to exchange but I said I didn’t have time and had already ordered the replacement. This all happened mid-April. They subsequently ignored me until the beginning of June when the finally sent a return label. I sent the item back to them, it arrived back to them on June 9th. It is nearly August now and they have again completely ignored me and have kept my money. Pretty shocking behaviour, will not be ordering from them again as there are plenty of honest and reputable alternatives. Shame.

We purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars of parts yearly at little river hot rods. This is the only company that does not discount to us an installers . I called on march 13 2026 to check that all parts were included in a convertible top conversion kit. They stated that yes all parts are included stock ready to ship. I also asked again if the discount to installers as we get reasonable discounts from every company especially when spending over $3000 . They replied No March 16 2026 , I received the parts minus all bolts nuts and washers that should have been included. To be sure they were included and what do I see the exact same part kit 3 days later discounted 10% . We called about the missing hardware and about the price drop just a day or so after we ordered . I still have not received the bolts nuts and washers and might just as well have been told to Jump off a cliff about any discount. These people don’t know how to get a customer but really know how to be sure they will not come back BTW ITS MARCH 21 2026 I guess they can’t even afford to expedite getting some hardware out that they screwed up on . Pathetic

I ordered three parts. All three showed "in stock." A week later, two of the parts arrived, but one (the most important) wasn't included. The invoice stated "out of stock--removed from order," but they didn't let me know this so I could be looking elsewhere--waste of a week of restoration because of no notification. I won't be using this company again. UPDATE - 6 months later, I screwed up and ordered an all "made in USA" front suspension kit from this company, paying an extra $100+ dollars to get all USA parts (due to inferior materials used in manufacturing process from some other countries). The kit arrived and 6 of the parts were not USA-made. 4 were made in Malaysia and 2 in India. I've could have ordered these inferior parts elsewhere for far less money. Blatant false advertising. I contacted Heartbeat City, left message, but got no response. Now my next contact will be with the BBB to open a case.

Worst customer service ever. The quality of the products are also sub par. I would use national parts depot in Ocala Florida from now on. The sale associate seems agitated all the time. They tried to charge me 20% of a returned item that they made the mistake on. Please stay away from this fraudulent company.
