I've trusted our vehicles in Heritage Auto's care for many years. They are fairly priced, reliable and they don't push services that aren't needed. Each person I work with takes the time to communicate the suggested vs necessary repairs with a detailed report and pictures. It's good to know I have mechanics I can trust whenever my vehicles need help.

I'm new to the area and took my Jaguar in for it's first non dealership oil change 3 days ago. I wanted to save some money while supporting a local business. This place had great reviews and mentioned on their website that they work on European vehicles. I was nervous, as it's the first nice vehicle I've owned so I searched everywhere to see if not taking to the dealer would be worth it. Great price (way better than other places I called) and they didn't make me feel pressured to do anything extra, which as a woman, is always a worry when taking your car somewhere to get serviced. They told me she looks great and no worries on anything. I trust they will take care of my car that I love very much and baby lol so I will be back for sure! Josh helped me out at the front and was so nice! Thank you techs who work hard and to the whole team! :)

I was visiting from out of state. My 2018 Tahoe's AC wasn't working since my local dealer worked on my cooling system. I suspected they sabotaged it to make additional money. I took it to a local shop trying to get it serviced before I left and their AC service machine failed to work. So I traveled w/o AC. Heritage took my Tahoe in right away on the Friday before the Memorial weekend. They diagnosed it quickly, determined there were no leaks or failed equipment. They called me to report their findings and I approved getting the system recharged. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. They gave me a ride back to where I was staying so they could start work immediately. They called me to let me know that it was finished the same day. Their service was exemplary. Thank you Heritage you saved my vacation.

I took my vehicle to Heritage Auto Repair in Nampa After another shop could not get the job done. I visited with Michael and he was confident they could do the job. The vehicle was covered under the extended warranty offered by Carmax in Boise, and the insurer was Fidelity. I had broke a spark plug in the number three cylinder, and the sleeve of the plug was still in the Head. I was having difficulty removing that slave, so I took a baroscope and looked at what I was up against and noticed fluid in the number three cylinder turned out to be coolant. When I explained this all to Michael, he put my concerns at ease explaining to me that he’s done this many times before and they could get the job done. Get the job done they did, he coordinated between the shop and Fidelity and when it was all said and done the complete repair Was at no charge to me. Could not be done without Michael’s tenacity. He was very disappointed that I owed $850 but when it was all said and done, he was able to get Fidelity to pay the complete bill and I owed nothing. Heritage Auto Repair replaced my engine with a new engine, new plugs, new fuel, injectors, new turbo, and assorted other things. I might mention whatever they noticed that was wrong with the vehicle they fixed, including a transmission leak . It was not an easy job, a big thank you to the Shop and Michael for getting this done for me.

On Veterans Day, I scheduled my car in for a free oil change. My appointment was at 5pm, and I was shocked to see how many vets were there for this service. Long after normal work hours, their staff labored on, obviously tired from an exhausting day. Heritage Auto went above and beyond providing this free service to Veterans. They provided snacks and food as well. I've not seen so much compassion for Veterans, and I hope people will recognize their SERVICE as well!!! Thank you!

We are fairly new in the area and first impressions is everything. Our vehicle was towed to Heritage Auto Repair by Triple AAA.. Prior to that given 3 selection of auto repairs shops to service our Vehicle. We chose Heritage Auto Repair. The shop was very clean and organized with varieties of snack ,with drinks. Bill and staff were very professional, kind, courteous and polite. Bill approach us and ask us how he can be of help . He was awesome😊 . He took us to our hotel due to the car rental place never showed up. Bill called us and kept us informed regularly about the vehicle 😊 and explained to us in full detail what was exactly needed to for our vehicle to get us back on the road:) if there was any questions he made himself available to address, very efficient. Our water pump went out, they had to put timing change and gear assembly, spark plugs needed air filter, replaced, coolant changed .. We were a give a thorough an accurate estimate and Bill kept us updated to any findings and promptly. Heritage has serviced two of my vehicles for 5 years and have always been honest about repairs needed and have recommended that I hold off on certain maintenance due to possible warranty conflicts. Their work has always been done on time and professionally correct. Because of their honesty I gladly drive 9 miles out of my way to have them work on my vehicles!

This was my first visit to Heritage Auto Repair, and I was thoroughly impressed. Jeff, my service manager, was professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth. They quickly diagnosed and resolved a squealing noise the car made while backing up. I’ll definitely be bringing my other two vehicles here in the future. Highly recommend!

I was quoted a little over $1500 to swap out a transmission, which I already had. Mind you the $1500 was for labor swapping out the transmission, And when all said and done, the total bill was $3200 I find it hard to believe that there was another $1700 in parts and fluids for this swap. I do have to admit within the last year I have spent over $12,000 repairing vehicles.

OVERPRICED, INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST if you do business with this place just consider your self really STUPID. I made this mistake twice. Charged me $225 for an oil change that the dealership quoted me $95 dollars less for it. After getting it home I am wiping up oil leaks in my garage. If i could give this place a negative rating I would. This is just a little snippet of my issues with this place. They could't run a reputable business if they had to. I'm disgusted with myself thinking I would give them a second chance. Yes you did email me stating that you were happy to stand behind your work. The problem is that if you can’t do it right the first time WHY would I let you do anything a second time or your LAME ATTEMPT to make it better. Let’s face it your business needs a MAJOR overhaul on how to run a business. Be Better!
