Was able to get me in short notice! I had a code come up and a scary incident happen on the highway. I ended up needing my ignition coil replaced because cylinder 1 completely decided to fall apart. Chris knows his stuff and I would recommend anyone needing help with their car to go to him. You will leave more informed and understand what you need to make sure your car stays running. I even had questions about the invoice and he broke it down what was what. Reasonable rates, excellent skill set, and he has integrity. Will definitely be returning for even just oil changes.

I am extremely happy with the amazing work that Chris Hobbs did from start to finish. Very professional and truly cared about the unfortunate circumstances I was going through with a truck mechanical issue that wouldn’t allow me to return home (1000 mile drive) and back to my family until it was fixed. He worked through the weekend to make it possible to get back on the road as soon as possible. I am truly impressed and grateful for his service and his kindness.

Highly recommend. I called him in distraught because my window won't roll up on my Jeep. I use my jeep to drive Uber. So I can't afford for the 3-week wait time that every garage was telling me I would have to get it in there. He heard my story and had me bring it down there right away. This was on Saturday. He told me he could have the part in the next day and have to me on the road. I don't think he normally works on Sundays but he did this job for me. Not only did he do it on a Sunday but he didn't raise his price or anything. He worked on my Jeep until 1:00 a.m. in the morning and had to be back at 8:30 to open his shop up. He knew I didn't have a ride back at 1:00 a.m. so he came to my house and picked me up and took me back to my vehicle. He has better prices than most garages around. I'll say it again I highly recommend anyone in the area take their vehicles there. Thank you Chris I would have been in real financial hurt without brother.

Chris with Hobbs Automotive provided me with Great communication to me regarding all the necessary repair information and went out of his way to provide me with service updates on his progress of the job. I was impressed with his willingness to help me understand how and why I needed to repair my vehicle and he explained what caused the problem. Called to get a quote he said he’d have by the next day and when I called the next day to get the quote he kind of got snappy and claimed he was a man of his word and he would get back with me but had a bunch of cars in front of me and couldn’t stop to give a quote. Never got ahold of me. Poor customer service. Last messaged received June 24th it is now the 20th of July. I found a shop already just wanted to leave a review Now he doesn’t give quotes over the phone but that’s what he told me he was gonna do.
