I drop my vehicle off the Monday at 12pm told them the situation about the vehicle and they got it right in called me within a hour explain the situation that was going on underneath it. I gave them the go ahead to fix and done by tuesday at 12.Thank you for getting my vehicle back on the road.
Bob has always been upfront and honest every time I've brought a vehicle to him to either get fixed or serviced. He makes sure I understand the service needed and the cost before he has any work started. This facility also rents Penske trucks which I have rented from and Bob gives me the best rates. I appreciate knowing I can feel at ease doing business here. Thank you Bob for caring about your customers and their vehicles.
DO NOT RENT A PENSKE HERE! Just a heads up, Bob & Mike have retired and no longer run this business. I WALKED in and reserved a Penske truck here IN PERSON. Reserved it for a Saturday morning, well Saturday morning comes and there is no truck here, in fact NOBODY was here, the whole place was closed. I had to go to Penske in Albany to get a truck, several people were there who had the SAME story. Turns out HSK was taking reservations and just not showing up. Long story short, DO NOT RESERVE A PENSKE HERE! I would give zero starts if possible.
I was reccomended by someone to take my car here.My family and I just moved here. I had a check engine light and was told they had to do their "own" diagnosis to figure the problem. Well they claim they found it? But can't fix it! No referral or knowledge of where to take it. (Dealerships in Catskills) We're a small shop he says. Yeah with BIG prices!! $105 (went from$70) from someone I spoke to. Didn't even bother to remove the tint as requested.. Last time I will ever be legally robbed..
