It is refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values honesty, integrity, and transparency so highly. I have been going to Impact Automotive for years for years and always recieve the highest consideration and fabulous service. You can tell they do their absolute best for their customers! I appreciate that they always take the time to thoroughly explain any job with patiece for my questions. The front desk has superb communication skills that sets the bar. They are a pillar of the Yacolt community and I cannot recommend them enough.

My family and I have used Impact for years but more recently I needed a lot of work completed on my vehicle. They did a thorough diagnostic allowing me to plan ahead for future repairs and they were very communicative throughout the entire repair process. They also worked with my unique drop off/pick up needs and split up the list of work I was having done so that I could use my vehicle as needed. After the work was completed I came across an aspect I was not happy with and they absolutely went above and beyond to make it right. It’s not about never making mistakes but how companies handle them when they do arise and Impact clearly values their clients. Impact has forever clients in my family and I will continue to recommend them to friends as well!

My experience with Impact was a 9. I’d give em a 10 but as far as mechanic shops go, their office was way too clean and they didn’t have a dirty old scroungy dog laying around. I’m not used to that, but I do plan on using them from here on out until they give me a reason not to, which I doubt they will, they seem like a 100% top shelf business.

These people are trustworthy, thorough, and reassuring. They did the work in less time than they originally thought, which was very nice. The office staff was kind and considerate. Stop by sometime and get acquainted!

I found the techs to very experienced and skilled. They were very thorough and found a problem created by recent recall work at a dealership. Office staff are helpful and knowledgeable too. A special thanks to Chris and Tara.

Chris took the time to explain each one of the faults with my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate. Moreover, I was impressed with his very personable and friendly manner. The ladies who took my phone calls on several occasions were also equally as great. The techs clearly went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and found a few deficiencies that are in need of attention. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area looking to do business with real people and not the corporate flavor you find all too often these days. Five stars.

Why go all the way into town when we have the real deal right here in Yacolt? These folks are great! They fit me in when I really needed help and they have great follow through! And so local!!

The mechanics did an amazing job on my 2016 chevy silverado. They replaced the lifters and put In a new cam. It was a big job and the truck runs amazing. The crew stepped up and got it done in half the time I expected. I was very impressed. Thank all you guys .

My wife noticed two missing lug nuts while she was at the Yacolt park with my four-year-old daughter. The right front tire was about to come off so she limped the vehicle over to impact auto. The service team had some extra lugs and throw them on for her at no cost, keeping them safe. She said, we owe them our business now for being there in a clutch situation. Sincerely, thank you Impact auto for being humans and keeping my daughter safe on the road. 1000 miles ago Costco had put the tires on, and I assume they hand tightened them forgetting to torque them down. I didn't do the 25 mile torque check so I know that it ultimately in on me. I have never had to check Costco's work in the past but now I have to assume that they may forget to torque the lugs. Thankfully, Impact cleaned up after Costco and my blind faith in Costco doing proper work. Sincerely, thank you Impact Auto for helping my wife.
