This I believe is my second time leaving a review. For a good reason. There’s lots I could say about the experiences I have had with them but let’s put it in another way. I have my car towed 2+ hours one way to make sure these are the guys who are working on it. No one else touches my car. Other than myself but someone has to keep these guys employed by messing with their own car.

Great experience with Konkin Auto Service. I use them for oil changes and regular vehicle maintenance, and they’ve always been professional, honest, and reliable. They do quality work, explain things clearly, and I always feel like my vehicles are in good hands. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop.

Took a little while and a little more cost than originally estimated but these fine folks got my 2021 Ford Edge fuel system problems fixed for much less than the dealership wanted. The team was hospitable, friendly and eager to help. Really a great experience overall! Thank you all, we will be using you for service in the future!

These guys are fast and knowledgeable, able to source parts in minutes and saved me thousands on a tie rod replacement that the dealership quoted a full steering rack replacement to repair. Instead of waiting a week and paying thousands, I spent a couple hundred and it took a couple hours. They are prompt, polite, and pricing seems fair.

I had an excellent experience at this service center! The team was very professional and friendly — they did an alignment and wheel balancing on my car, and everything was done quickly and with great attention to detail. My car drives so smoothly now!
