Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube rescued us from a bad experience. Another company left the oil plug out of my husband’s car. He got a few miles down the road when the car started to freeze up because it was out of oil. My husband managed to get the car into the Jiffy Lube station on Weideman where they did an outstanding job resolving the problem. They took video and pictures, explained to my husband everything that had happened, and did an excellent job putting the car back in order and on the road. High praise to the entire team.

I wanted my headlights cleaned and it was still winter and he was honest , he recommended I get it done in spring/summer so the results would last. Going back soon to get it done.

These guys are extraordinary. Professional, fast and committed to detail. I asked them how to removed the plastic cover on the engine because I wanted to clean it and they just did it for me!

DeWayne and his crew work quickly and efficiently to get our card in and out in a nice timely manner. DeWayne also noticed that our car was in need of a transmission fluid service and what quickly made that just part of the process not delaying our departure time at all. This Jiffy Lube is a go-to for anyone looking for fast friendly and efficient service.

Laura and D wayne were quick, straight forward, efficient and effective. It was a quick service and I got a lot of bang for my buck. Will be coming here for every oil change!

Came in today for the regular oil change, first time at this location and I must say, the service was quite exceptional. All employees were attentive, and Laura ensured that any questions or concerns I had were addressed.

Went to the overland and 5 mile location. Chelsea the main person I dealt with was friendly and did her job well I felt but the overall service was disappointing. They weren't busy so the manager and others were off doing other side projects it seemed which left less attention to my truck. Smoking in the bay and cussing which doesn't bother me but doesn't seem appropriate or professional for the business.No one checked my lights , tire pressure or washed my windshield. The washer fluid was topped off but I had to ask for the coolant to be topped off. I left and realized I didn't receive my oil change sticker for the windshield so I had to go back. I had a coupon so price was fair but again disappointed in the lack of urgency and attention to the details. This location has always been friendly so I will return but I hope this review helps improve the experience for others moving forward.

Don’t bother going to this location, they’ll overcharge you even if you show them a receipt for a previous oil change that was $25 less. I brought my own oil & filter, they still charged me $55. Didn’t offer their $20 off coupon even though I mentioned Jiffy Lube always has coupons. Very disappointed.

The manager must have changed, because this place is worthless now. Constantly trying to upsale me when I go for an oil change. I hate that. Then they tell me they noticed a few chips in my windshield and they want to fix them. I said yes, but oh they don't have the kit for that. So, they tell me they're going to order some. I go back another day to get that done. I sit there forever while they debate on who's going to do it. Then no one wants to talk to me. I drove away without getting it done. Totally useless...

I am normally a big fan of Jiffy Lube. This location however, I was not impressed with. The employees were unprofessional. I was motioned to pull forward so I slowly kept going until a different guy told me to stop. Why wouldn't the guy motioning me tell me to stop? Then I got out of my car and started walking to the waiting room like I do at other locations and the guy told me to get back in my vehicle until he told me otherwise. So I'm a little frustrated with their lack of communication. And then I unfortunately had the opportunity to hear one of the guys yelling across the entire garage about how their public defender for his current court case was the same this time as his last battery case. And he was laughing about it. Then when I go to checkout, they wouldn't let me use the coupon that I checked was supposed to be good at their location (which is the only reason I drove all the way out here to this location). Just a very expensive, negative experience. Unlike all of the other Jiffy Lube locations I had been to in the past.
