About Jordan's Auto Clinic inc.

Jordan's Auto Clinic in Grand Rapids shows you the old broken parts off your own car - respect and decency, per reviewers - and diagnoses F350s thoroughly with fair pricing. Back axles get replaced smoothly, and they'll tell you what should be done soon without doing it that day.

Two recent disputes: a 20-year regular's bad last visit, and a $600 two-week diagnostic that missed the problem. The recent trend deserves attention. Michigan has no emissions testing. Rated 4.4 across 306 reviews.

They treated me with respect and decency. When I had a question they answered it. They even went as far as to show me old parts off my car that had gone bad or faulty. Over all i had no issues with them and am glad i went to them for my car problems. I will go back to them, and I would definitely recommend them. Its always nerve wracking to find a good mechanic to do a hard job that no one wants to do. Not even the dealership wanted to do it. They gave me the run around and i ended up losing money and time. These guys were on top of it. They helped me out and I respect their knowledge. I’ve had the car back for over a month now and I’ve had no issues. Thank you god!!! FIVE BIG FAT STARS!!!!

Would highly recommend- fast, friendly, and efficient. They were able to diagnose and address my vehicle issue promptly. I have used Jordan’s for a few different auto repairs and they’ve been great every time!

Very helpful and made sure to talk about what else should be done soon. The car runs so much better after a needed oil change. I waited for the car and the waiting area was very comfortable.

I was impressed with the detailed written diagnosis of my vehicle's issues and the recommended fixes with quotes. The maintenance recommendations were broken down and I could pick and choose which ones I wanted. I could accept or decline the specific recommended maintenance procedures I wanted. The exact

I have taken my vehicles to Jordan Auto Clinic for about 30 years and I’ve never been disappointed with their work! They exceed expectations!

I like the place. Cool people behind the counter. A little expensive , but thats with the parts , nothing to do about that. Labor definitely fair. Performance now good. What I really liked is on my way home from work I kind of got that "new car smell" you could say. I Definitely knew someone had wrenched under the hood and I appreciate that.

I had my truck there for almost 2 weeks and paid for three hours of diagnosing which almost came to $600. They diagnosed it as having a bad pressure regulator, which indeed was bad. I took the truck home to work on it myself because it was already costing a lot for the diagnosis. And it would’ve cost me 1200 had I had them do the work. I changed the fuel pressure regulator, but it still has the same issue. It just seemed like a pretty expensive diagnosis especially because it was just pulling a vacuum hose to find it leaking. And now I’m still needing to figure out what else is bad. I don’t like writing negative reviews, because they are very nice, but i’m disappointed that I paid a lot of money and my truck is still not running right.

I have used Jordan’s Auto Clinic for the last 20 years, and for most of that time, my experience was fairly positive. However, after my last few major repairs, I no longer feel confident using them. A few years ago, they replaced the motor in my son’s car. Roughly two months later, there was an issue with the motor they installed, and I ended up being charged another $2,000 to repair it. More recently, they replaced the radiator in my wife’s 2020 Blazer. The cost was just under $4,000 for a brand-new OEM radiator. Fast forward two years, just outside of the manufacturer warranty, and the radiator seals are now bad. The vehicle has only been driven a little over 11,000 miles since that radiator was installed. Instead of standing behind the part or the work, they told me I would need to pay for the labor to replace it again, which would cost an additional $1,200 for labor. On top of that, they charged me $96 just to diagnose the issue. This is now the second major situation like this within a five-year span. Because of that, I will no longer be using Jordan’s Auto Clinic. I would caution others before using them for any repairs. Based on my experience, they do not stand behind the products they install, they do not stand behind their work, and they do not stand behind long-term customers.
