Great experience at Ken's Tire &Auto I went for an alignment and even though my car ended up not needing one because everything came out good They took their time to explain everything I need to know about my car. I will definitely be coming back to bring my car with them if I ever need to

I recently had extensive work done at Ken’s on my’14 Ford Focus. Eric and his staff were able to diagnose and repair several problems and get my car in top notch condition once again.I have done business with Eric for the past several years and he’s always been fair and honest.

I had my truck worked on by Ken's and was impressed with their integrity and service; a rare virtue in my experience. My issue was minor compared to what I believed and the actual fix and cost was well below the estimate. I trust them with my truck and highly recommend them to others. Much appreciated, guys. My dad uses this place for his vehicles and they’ve done him right every time so far. He took his car to AAA for an issue and they were charging him to replace an entire part of the car but he took it the Ken’s after and they told him it was just a fuse. They were right. Im now starting to use them myself and the first visit was exceptional, they had my car in and out within a few hours, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it the first time. My car rides much better, brakes much MUCH better and the problem I took it in for was resolved. Their diagnosis was spot on and I will be going back for more work. They even sent me a report with pictures describing what was wrong with my car, including estimates and the opportunity in that report to allow or decline them to fix each individual item. Their estimates were cheaper than the dealership as well. Highly recommend!

More than 32 years later and still coming here. Thanks for the great set of tires and the memories this time around. When you get your tires put on here folks everything‘s included you don’t have to worry about road hazards or warranties or mounting and balancing or getting your flats fixed all that’s included. Just go see for yourself

I took my car there because it was overheating he found the problem and replaced the radiator the same day! And I had front end damage from a previous accident he fixed my bumper and made it look so much better. When I got my breakdown of what’s wrong I had pictures that showed exactly what needed to be fixed he was very fair and did great work car runs great I would highly recommend this shop I do believe it was the owner who took care of me and I will only take my cars to Ken!

The employees at Ken’s tire repair were very nice and polite. They explained the condition of my car and what it would take to fix it properly. I will be returning to Ken’s tire and I will do more business with them.

I made an appointment to have 2 tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done for 9:30 in the morning. When I made the appointment I was told it should take 2-3 hours, great! When I dropped my car off I was told they would call me when my car was done. I finally called at 1:30 that afternoon and I was told my car would be done 30-45 minutes and he would call when it was ready. Almost 2 hours pass and I called back, no answer so we just went up there. My car was still being aligned. I was told my car was being difficult to be properly aligned and that’s why it was taking so long. We didn’t leave until 4:30. A 2-3 hour job turned into 7 hours. The owner did apologize for it taking so long after everything was done. One of the guys working on the alignment was smoking in the shop and I am extra sensitive to smoke so it could have just been me but my car smelled like smoke when I got in my car. My carpet and seat on the drivers side had oil or grease all over them, so that was great. I did take a picture and send you the owner of that and he offered to clean it but after my experience I didn’t want to be without a car for another day while they cleaned it. I was told it would be $25 for each tire to be mounted and balanced and I was charged $30 for each one, not a huge deal but still kinda frustrating.
