Kusch's Automotive did a great job with my vehicle! Customer service was above and beyond. I took my older Toyota Camry in for an oil change, and because it was their first time seeing my vehicle, they did a VERY thorough inspection. I am glad they did, because it needed substantial repairs for safety. I was not surprised they found some much overdue maintenance on it. It's an '04 and I keep up with oil changes, but that's about it. Vinny was highly communicative and sent me detailed pictures with arrows pointing to everything that needed repair. Most importantly, he was very realistic and HONEST about how much work was worth putting into it. He took the time to understand how much/how far I drive, how long I plan to keep it, etc. Together we came up with a reasonable budget, and he squeezed in as many repairs as he could within my budget, based on what he would prioritize in terms of severity and safety concerns, as if it were his own car. The repairs they were able to do within my budget were more than fair. Even my dad, a former mechanic, said they were giving us a great deal, and he never says that about anything! I felt completely comfortable trusting Kusch's with my vehicle, and will definitely be back. Thank you Kusch's!

Kusch's Automotive is 10 stars! This place is a God send for automotive owners. They are the most trustworthy group of people I've ever met. Also they provide FREE loaner cars. From the time the phone is answered to the work they do....I can't tell you what a great experience I've had. For over 10 years they have serviced my car. Kusch's takes the stress out of. automotive challenges. They treat you like family. The integrity of the whole group is exceptional. I could go on and on. The bottom line: If you need to take your car to a mechanic organization who has your best interest at heart call Kusch's Automotive. Everyone there cares and treats you with honesty and empathy. A special recognition goes out to Vinnie. He is the one who you want to talk with regarding your service needs. He is very calm and caring. He will make magic happen. I came for emissions test and was out in less than 4 minutes- it was so seamless! They even pulled my car up to the front ready to go when it was done! If I need car repairs I’m definitely going to come back

I came here for a second opinion on a few different matters. A different shop tried to scare me into spending about $2k to repair a bunch of things. Kusch's gave me peace of mind. They told me it's nothing that I needed to fix all at once, and I was able to walk out of there spending under $100. I will certainly be coming back here for future check ups. The staff was friendly, and they even gave me a loaner car to use for the day so that I could get to work. They were timely, and provided me with information about my car that I didn't know before. I hope they do emissions tests again soon!

I've owned cars for over 30 years and have had my fare share of mechanic and dealer visits. Kusch's by far the most honest and straight forward service center I've ever dealt with. They will not try to upsell you on services you do not need which is rare in the auto industry. Vinnie is the most kind and professional manager I've ever dealt with in any kind of business environment. My cars will never go to any other shop besides Kusch's and I will make sure my friends and family know that.

Came here for emissions, and it was the smoothest process since I’ve lived in WI. Only a short line of cars and I was there less than 15 minutes total. Plus, great customer service. The guy doing the tests was very friendly & helpful

I love this place! Friendly people. Organized, efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable mechanics! For years, I've been having my Lexus serviced at the dealership. Everytime I came away from there, I was handed papers with recommendations for thousands of dollars worth of suggested repairs. Kusch's has my loyalty. They are reasonably priced and I trust them. I look forward to having my car serviced now because I know it will be a good experience!

Vinnie's the best. Very nice and explained everything and even had pictures. Very thorough. I had a question after picking up my vehicle and before I could dial he read my mind and called me first! I feel I could trust this place. They don't try to sell you what you don't need or what isn't really worth doing. And they have loaner cars which is a nice feature. They even left me a notepad and pen in my car. So cute! Thank you!

With the emission testing to be done for both our vehicles, I gave Kusch's Automotive a call and was answered by a cheery voice. Drove down with my wife's vehicle and got done in less than 5 minutes and gracefully declined the offer to renew the plates for $10. Dropped off her car and got mine over and in 5 minutes, I was done again. Very nice people and great service.
