They were VERY efficient and EXTREMELY nice. As a woman it is hard going to get anything done on my truck without feeling like I’m being played, this guy (I don’t remember his name) was very good at explaining everything and not pressuring me to get anything else done that I didn’t ask for. He also gave me a good way to save money. I highly recommend coming here but also stay away so I don’t have to worry about a long wait.

I had a fantastic experience here today. The team is honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In particular, Andrew was outstanding. He worked diligently to get my service completed within the limited time I had and was a straight shooter throughout the process. While I was there, I also watched how he interacted with other customers, and it genuinely impressed me. He showed real kindness and patience, took extra time with people who needed it, helped an older gentleman out of his seat, and even took photos and videos of another customer’s car to bring to them because they had a broken foot. I also overheard him handling customer service calls with grace and empathy. This isn’t my first visit to this location, but it was my first time having work done beyond an oil change or inspection. Came by for an oil change and a checkup before doing some traveling. Andrew was very honest with what needed to be done. As he stated "I won't want my sister or mom be on the road and something goes wrong." So I got new spark plugs and oil gasket leak fix. I highly recommend them. Go by and ask for Andrew you won't be disappointed.

My wife had a flat tire in front of the location, and it was the easiest place for her to pull in to get out of traffic. Before I could get there to help her, the friendly team had changed her tire for her. They did not want any money. They were so polite and helpful. It really was a blessing that they were there to help out! Thanks to the entire staff that was on duty.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past year and I have had a great experience every time. I had the pleasure of being helped out by Andrew today and he made the process easy to understand and was very nice. All the staff I’ve met at this location has always been sweet and my car gets its care every time. Definitely recommend coming to this location for your car repairs!

Andrew was great! He was friendly, professional and you could tell he’s been doing this for a long time. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my car and even took me to show me.most shops won’t do that. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you out and getting your car back on the road. Highly recommend this shop! It was very clean. Bathrooms were spotless don’t normally see that in a shop. Shop was very clean. All around great experience.10/10

Robert and team were fantastic. The put the quick in the word quick. My son and i were here for 30 mins. They are super friendly and professional. Each team member was very polite to my son. The prices were very reasonable. Robert was kind and honest in what I need verses what I didn't need. Couldn't ask for anyone better here in Rowlett.

Kwik Kar ⭐ I arrived at 11:40 a.m. and didn’t get my car back until 4:20 p.m., just for an alignment, balancing, and tire installation. They charged me $303 with no discount whatsoever for the extremely long wait. The customer service was terrible — nothing quick about this place at all. I lost practically the entire day and even had to pay for an Uber to handle my personal errands while waiting. The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and showed no consideration for the customer. I will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place.
