Kwame provided outstanding customer service during my oil change and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain all of the services that would be performed, answered my questions, and even helped me with a discount, which I truly appreciated. I have been going to this Kwik Kar for several years now. Not only have I gotten good service and been treated well, but one of the owners, Jack, and a mechanic named Robin, have explained things to me and made sure I understood all the mechanics and also told me when I didn’t need something as well. My service there has been the best I have ever had. Honest and dependable and as a woman, I am pleased to be treated so well. The facility itself is so nice. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable and there are bathrooms for men and for women separately, that are clean and have supplies if needed. In the old Goodyear place I used to go to, the waiting room was not comfortable and I had to go out into the garage bay to use the mechanics bathroom which was not at all delightful. This Kwik Kar is a bit of a drive for me but I won’t go anywhere else. Once you see and try it, I don’t think you will either.

Kwame went above and beyond helping me out with my car. I came in to due my inspection and he notified me that I had some issues with my car that was a priority and was very professional about addressing it with me, and even stayed after hours with the rest of the staff to help me with my car to maintain its safety while driving. I would recommend coming here for any services. Thank you so much Kwame for your honesty and hard work and dedication you and your team have for your customers!!

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this location. I’ve brought my car here for routine oil changes for a few years now and have always received exceptional service, advice on what is needed, what is suggested and prices for everything up front with absolutely no pressure to get extra work done. I recently went up there for a routine oil change and they let me know my transmission pan was leaking. I have a factory bumper to bumper warranty on my vehicle and usually get all work done through the dealership. After not being able to get one person to return my call I decided to use Kwik Kar instead. They had my vehicle repaired within a few hours, worked around my schedule for pick up. The manager was running the front desk when I checked out and was the nicest gentleman, and recognized me from the day before. Ladies if you have to do “car things” on your own I would definitely recommend using this place. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and awesome to work with!

Chris and Edward were great. Definitely went above and beyond when they encountered a unique rodent issue in our car 😳. They were so helpful and amazing customer service over all!

I’m updating my review to ask that Kwik Kar improve how it handles inspection reporting and customer communication. My goal isn’t to criticize but to encourage better service for those trying to complete the already time‑consuming vehicle registration process. Unfortunately, the company refused to upload my inspection results for same‑day registration and never informed me ahead of time that their policy requires an overnight delay before results appear on the state website. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience that could easily be avoided if staff were trained to explain timelines clearly or if reports were uploaded in real time. Overall, I hope Kwik Kar becomes more mindful of their customers’ time and updates their processes to provide faster, more transparent service.

I’m a regular customer here for my two vehicles, and the customer service has always been excellent. They take the time to explain the problem in detail and even allow customers into the work area/ Service bay to show exactly where the issue is. Elliot, in particular, is a true master and an incredibly kind person. He puts customers first, forgetting everything else until their issue is resolved. Five stars to him and five stars to the entire team! My only feedback is that the prices are a bit on the higher side—but honestly, who cares when your beast is taken care of so well and never ripped off.

Pulled into this Kwik Kar in Frisco right at closing time needing to get my plates put on. Honestly, I figured they’d tell me to come back another day, but the guy there didn’t hesitate—he just jumped in and took care of it. Quick, no fuss, and he wouldn’t even take any money for it. That kind of courtesy and customer service is rare these days. the good gesture goes a long way with me. I’ll definitely be coming back here for service. Appreciate the help!

I’ve been here before for car inspections, and those experiences were seamless. Unfortunately, I had a pretty rude experience at the front desk during an oil change this afternoon. They couldn’t clearly communicate the price until after the service was already completed, which is frustrating, pricing should always be discussed beforehand. The person doing my oil change was fantastic and did a quick and great job. Paying $95 after a $10 coupon for a synthetic oil change is diabolical. The lack of transparency definitely left a bad impression.
