I have gone to Logan Square Auto for all of my car needs for about a year now (aside from tire things). I’ve had multiple oil changes, work done on my engine, among other things. Every time they have been great. Quick and easy to get scheduled, great with communication (diagnosing what’s wrong, showing me pictures, explaining the problem and communicating with me during the service). I could confidently recommend them to everyone for good quality work, honest pricing, and a generally good experience.

I recently had my Lexus serviced here for tie rod and bearing replacement. After comparing quotes, I found their pricing to be very fair, and I was completely satisfied with the service. On top of that, I had lost my lug nut key and purchased a new set of lug nuts and a key. They replaced all the lug nuts on every wheel at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. To top it off, Nick even offered a complimentary car wash. Excellent service, professionalism, and fairness throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend them!

If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! My old license plate was installed in a strange way and I couldn’t remove it myself. The staff here went out of their way to help me change my license plate—and even did it FOR FREE! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I truly appreciate their generosity and excellent service. Highly recommend!

GREAT service. I called these guys in a complete panic because I couldn't get my bike rack off my hitch. I was leaving town in hours and needed it off. They let me come right over, did everything they could, and finally had to put the car on the lift. After about 20 minutes they got the rusted bike rack off, loaded it in my car and I was on my way! I really appreciated them helping on such short notice and at a really reasonable price. Thank you!

Excellent Auto shop! I've been here several times for big jobs and smaller issues. Today I called at 2:30 pm about my headlight being stuck in my honda crv and Nick said to come on over and fixed it right away and I was all done at 3:00. This really made my day and I am so grateful. I'm so thankful and couldn't ask for a more helpful, honest, professional experience. Cruz has also been great in helping me.

I have an older model Volkswagen and have had several good experiences with Logan Square Auto - I'm so happy to have found such a great shop in the neighborhood! The technicians are always very thorough in documenting and explaining everything, as well as helping to determine what is most urgent to fix and what can wait when things aren't quite in the budget. I feel like I learn something new about my car every time they've worked on it, which is great. I recently had a repair where the part ended up being faulty and they fixed it right away, with no charge, and even went above and beyond and offered to give it another inspection before an upcoming road trip. Nick was so helpful and it was such a relief that it wouldn't be another big auto bill to worry about!

The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the pricing felt fair compared to other shops in the area. The only drawback was that scheduling was a bit tight, so I had to wait longer than expected. Still, the quality and professionalism made it worth it. I would definitely return for future repairs.

Warning: Watch out for upselling here I went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Mazda. The oil change and tire rotation were done fine and the price was reasonable. The issue was that they recommended a coolant flush along with a few other services. I checked my owner’s manual afterward and found that Mazda recommends a coolant flush every 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first. My car only has about 60,000 miles. I called the shop and asked about it. Nick put me on hold, then came back a minute later and said, “Yeah I just looked it up, you’re right. No flush needed for your model.” So they recommended a service that wasn’t due and wasn’t needed, and only admitted it after I called and questioned it. They’re recommending services before even checking the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. The oil change and tire rotation themselves were reasonably priced and completed without issue. However I'd be very cautious about approving any additional work here and would strongly recommend double-checking everything they suggest.
