I had a great experience! I was able to schedule service quickly and they were very thorough. The part that they originally ordered had an issue and they were able to order a new one and get everything up and running. I really appreciated the follow up phone call, Linda is a gem! The people at this Meineke were very helpful. I had issues with my brakes and they fixed my broken caliper while working with my budget. They got my car fixed before I had to pick my kid up from school. I highly recommend!

I needed some work on my muffler. Made an appointment for 10:00, they took my car right away, came out and told me the problem and what it would cost, and were done in an hour. Very friendly staff who didn’t try to overcharge or oversell me. Pleasant, comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend.

Russ was awesome as always they even installed a part I had that I didn’t ask him to and they got me in right away and had it done asap thanks again you guys I highly recommend going there for all your car repair needs!!!!!!

They were quick to get my mom in to have her brakes done. They stayed in contact with her from beginning to end. In a world that seems to be loosening their customer service protocols this place said let's make our customers happy and satisfied. They were fairly priced considering the going rate for brake fixes. So, I will recommend this specific location every time. And they made no reference to the fact it looked like I was preparing for the apocalypse with everything that was in the backseat. Five stars just for that.

I was happy with an exhaust fix I had done not too long ago at this location so when it was time for me to have a full brake job, I gave them a call. I was scheduled quickly and was very pleased to have the job done correctly and in a timely manner. Friendly with great customer service.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Dropped my car off Wednesday for what I was told would be same-day service — didn’t get it back until Saturday. Communication was terrible the entire time, with multiple misleading updates about the status. The owner was rude and dismissive when I questioned the delays, even making sarcastic comments instead of providing answers. The only positive is that the car runs fine now, but the experience was unprofessional start to finish. Would not recommend this location — zero transparency, poor management, and no respect for customers’ time.

Do not recommend. Took two days and over a $1000 to put a gasket on my exhaust and put tires on 4 new rims. They left my hood unlatched, luckily it didn’t pop up while driving (no idea why my hood was opened to begin with, no requested work was done under it). They forgot to put my new wheels in my car like I requested when they called me and asked so I had to drive back to get them (I was willing to put my wheels on the car myself at a later date). Also they ask my tire size way ahead of time so they could order them and then called me, after my cars been there for hours to tell me they are out of stock, they ended up putting on cheap 70 dollar tires on… also to add the cherry on top when I first called to schedule i told the guy I wanted a new muffler and stock wheels because I’m returning it back to stock… Not sure how that translated to a gasket on my existing non stock exhaust. My elderly/disabled mother’s vehicles transmission went so I’m giving her my car. I hope she doesn’t hate her new loud Corksport exhaust because I can’t waste another grand like that, I’m far from rich, I’m was just trying to be a good son.
