5 star review. I price checked 4 other companies and then I spoke with this Midas in South Burlington to take a look at my vehicle. This price was out of this world mindblowing WOW!! A brand new transmission, parts and labor for $800.00, Really? Yes really $800.00 and a loaner in the meantime until the truck was fixed. They started working in this right away as I had this fixed in my unreasonable timeline of (2) days... I was like there is no way this can happen. And here they go they rushed it to get it done right, it was completed $800.00 out the door ready to get for a trip. I really couldnt be any more happy. This company has went above and beyond any reasonable expectations! Pick up the phone and call them right away to set up a appointment to get your vehicle looked. Thank you for everything you guys have done here at this shop.

This Midas hooked me up big time! I was in town from 8 hours away to move my child out of the dorms when my oil light came on and I noticed oil was leaking out of the engine. I called them and they fit me in within 10 minutes. Knowing that I was on a time crunch, they accommodated me and had me in a couple hours! The service coordinators were both helpful and personable. They updated me every step of the way. They and the mechanics were literally my heroes in a time of need! I feel safe knowing I will make it back home without any issues. Thank you!!

Look at this bathroom, how could you not give them five stars?!? Seriously though, I've been going to midas for years. I've always gotten good, clean, quality, repairs in my vehicles.The guys at the front desk are all friendly and easy to talk to.

I got to be honest. I haven't been to Midas yet. With that being said , though , I just gotten off the phone with one of their mechanics. He was very nice , very good with customer service. We haven't fully decided on where we're going to go yet , but Midas is going to be in our top picks! Very respectful , very nice and they work with the customers. I've been making phone calls all day and out of all the customer service I have received the gentleman at Midas was the best one! Thank you , and like I said , Midas is gonna be one of our topics! If not the one we chose!

Due to the age of my vehicle, my exhaust work was considered custom. Eric a sure to put an experienced tech on the job and they did a fabulous job! They were all so helpful and kind and the the job was done in a day!

The guys at Midas did a fantastic job of finding me tires on short notice and getting me back on the road. During my service, they found an issue that prevented them from doing an alignment, called my dealership to check on coverage, etc., and kept me informed of all my options. They also followed up a month later to ensure I completed the recommended service at my dealership. I highly recommend their thorough, caring service.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by their service manager, Jeff. Even without an appointment, he welcomed me with a smile, took my info and put me in queue. Thirty minutes later, I learned I had a perforation in my brake line, thankfully covered by recall. Of course, I needed to go to the dealership for that, but it didn’t stop David, their master certified tech from doing a full work-up on my car. Any shop can do that, right? What impressed me the most was his ability to explain what he found in layman’s terms and patiently answer all of my questions. He truly went above and beyond. I also interacted with Joe a couple times. I can tell they’ve got a great culture in their shop! They are all down-to-earth, personable and eager to help! I live 3 towns away with dozens of garages between me and them, but I’ll most certainly be coming back here for all my future car maintenance needs!

When mid-afternoon today the AAA technician from Spillanes identified a screw as causing the flat tire in our car, he recommended going to the nearby South Burlington Midas, where they might be able to fix it while I wait. And, sure enough, after carefully checking that the position of the screw would allow to simply plug the hole rather than replacing the tire, Joe coordinated the repair and in less than an hour they fixed things for a very decent price, as they predicted. While waiting there and working a little on stuff that I brought with me, I was also able to overhear some of the very friendly and professional exchange between Joe and employees and customers: such a great place - thank you!

Jeff and the amazing team at South Burlington Midas went over and above to help get my car fixed. Their ability to explain the problems is outstanding. The car was finished when promised and the repair costs were what they said it would be. So happy. Will be back.

I had an emergency situation and needed to get four tires mounted and balanced on memorial Day weekend. I called four different companies before landing at Midas on fort Eddy road in Concord. The crew there was not only receptive of our situation and got us immediately in, alternatering their schedule for us. They where professional and proficient at a price that would make you smile. No bogus hidden fees or gimmicks. Regardless of your situation I highly recommend goingdown talk to my man Chris!!!
