This shop always does a great job with oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections for my vehicle. The prices are fair and they’ve never tried to upsell me on anything (which I’ve experienced with certain shops), which I really appreciate. There have been numerous times where they have patiently answered my questions about my vehicle.

I was having issues with my car battery because the negative terminal wasn’t making a proper connection. Ron fixed it the same day I called after I brought my car to him. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. I really appreciated how quickly he was able to help and the excellent service he provided. Highly recommend this Midas!

Had a flat tire on my company vehicle this morning and the team at Midas seriously came through. They got me in ASAP, took care of the issue quickly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. The entire staff is fantastic!! Professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I take both my personal and work vehicles here because I trust them, and they’ve never let me down. Highly recommend!!

Got a screw in my tire late in the afternoon, called a couple of other shops who wanted to keep my car over night, but Midas said they could fit me in before they closed. Had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Get your flats fixed fast here!!!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. From check in to check out, the experience at this Midas shop was smooth, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Sebastian truly stands out. He is honestly one of the most patient people I’ve ever met. He genuinely cares about both his team and his clients, goes above and beyond at every step, and does it all with an incredible attitude. Juggling the phone, the shop, the customers and more... he does it all! Communication was clear, the process was well organized, and nothing ever felt rushed or transactional. I brought my Porsche SUV in for service and felt completely confident in the care it received. This is the kind of place that earns long term loyalty through how they treat people, not just the work they do. I’ll be coming here for everything I need going forward. Highly recommend.

They changed the oil in my car but didn't do the vinegar; the engine tasted weird at first. After I replaced the coolant with balsamic, everything balanced out, however. Excellent service. PSA: Do not replace components of your car with vinegar—or any food products.

Got a nail in my tire leaving work. It was going flat when I almost got home so I scrambled to find a tire repair shop. Went here because they were open. Met a wonderful employee named Josh. He checked it out and found the nail. Patched it and I was on my way in 15 min. Quickest car service I’ve received in my whole life. They help 2 other customers within 5 min of myself. Remarkable efficiency.

I have been meaning to write this review since I went in on October 25th. This Midas is wonderful. In addition to all the things I was juggling that day, that morning my tire pressure light went on, and thankfully, these guys got me in right away despite being a busy Saturday, and were able to check and fill all my tires (including the spare), free of charge. I definitely recommend calling over their online appointment requests, as sometimes the request takes awhile to get to their system. The entrance to their location is the alleyway before the door when you’re driving west on the north side of Roosevelt.

I stopped in with no appointment to have air put in my tires that were all low after a road trip and weather changes. Josh was awesome and pulled my car right up on the sidewalk. Will definitely return for other services!

These guys are awesome, quick, and efficient. I was parked in a garage in the loop when I realized I had ran over something and totally deflated my front tire. I called this Midas location and they answered right away, letting me know they could take me as soon as I got there. They took less than an hour for service and they were able to fully repair the tire. On top of it all, they didn’t charge me. If something ever happens with my car when I’m in the area again, this is where I will go 100%!
