I highly recommend having your vehicles serviced at Midas, located at 589-91 E. Fordham Road, Bronx, New York. I have been a loyal Midas customer of this service center for over 30 years for the courteous and outstanding quality service it has consistently provided under the same management. Midas has performed great work on all of the vehicles I have owned and reliably maintained and repaired my vehicles when needed. Their honest way of doing business has definitely earned my trust, so I feel confident authorizing service and repairs because I know they are being straight with me and I am not being overcharged. I simply won't go anywhere else. When they advise me that my car needs a specific type of maintenance service or repair, it's never the sales pitch to boost revenue that you would typically receive from competing service centers. They always give me their honest professional advice on what my vehicle really needs and when it is most advisable to do the work while still operating my vehicle safely. If it should be done immediately or can wait a few months, they will let me know that. In conclusion, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to this Midas service center for caring so well for my vehicles all of these years. I have been able to drive safely and harmoniously because of it and I shall continue to be a loyal customer.

I totally agree with these reviews! I’m from Minnesota visiting and was going to do my brakes at my buddies place down the street but got to busy to do it. I had the rotors and drums to do the work but didn’t pick up the brake pads yet. They sold me the pads and didn’t try to sell me the parts I already had. They used the rotors and drums I had cause it sounded like it was from the same place they get there parts. This is how you win over customers!! You do fair work and the customer will come. Please to ever change you Business model keep being fair to your Community and you will be in Business for many years!!

This is the spot to bring your car. Needed brakes and I had my rotors in the trunk and they did it for me and just charged me the labor. This is the type of place that does not nickel and dime you. As one of the top sales persons in the country. You get more customers by being fair than you do by trying to hit a sales goal. Word of mouth to other people is priceless. Thank you!

For roughly 300. got front rotors and break pads changed (labor only)Full synthetic oil change (labor only) and a new horn for the car since last one was damaged (parts and labor) air filters and cabin filters. Left the car around 8:30am at the shop and got it back by 11am. They offer almost all parts if you don’t want to bring your own.

Great people Amazing service Good Vibes , it was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely love what they do it shows , and the owner is a great guy and so are the employees. They really went above and beyond to fix my AC in my car including traveling to queens to get a part that was discontinued after searching high and low for it. I’ll def be back

I searched and read so many reviews for different mechanic shops. Came across the reviews for this one and was like no way, can’t be true. All the positive reviews are true!!!!!!!Customer service/rep guy is so nice. I am honestly not a morning person but that cheeriness can’t help but improve your mood a little. The mechanics are also very nice and explain things and will show you what they are talking about. Which is something I really appreciate. Also, it seems to be a very efficient shop. I am hoping that this shop will be the only place I go for our car needs.

I want to thank Scott Franklin and his team, I was dealing with the dealership for a few years and all I would get is wasted time and money and poor service, I finally got fed up and wanted to go some where different I remembered Midas from when I was a kid so I took a chance I’m glad I did. Got me new tires, new brakes, wheel alignment and my filters changed, and state inspection, the price was way cheaper than what other places wanted to charge, they even changed my fluids fixed an issue I had with my wipers free of charge, My 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee is running great. I definitely would recommend them for any issues you may have, they’ve gained me as a Coustumer, again thank you guys God Bless!
