Ms Willey greeted me with a smile and great attitude she was very professional and accommodating with great customer service.The gentleman who did my inspection and their superviso both had smiles and great attitudes.Thank you Missouri Highway Patrol Vehicle inspection.

I found them to be very helpful, albeit somewhat blunt.

State patrol vehicle vin inspections

came in to get my highway patrol vehicle inspection done. it was pretty quick. when you call to schedule an appointment the lady is in a rush but she is so helpful. she even called me for an earlier appointment and put me on a list. got my stuff needed done.

It was a bit frustrating do to miss comucation. Between the power that be on procedure. But other wise the officers did there job.

The attitude is sometimes strong here, but sometimes pleasant. Always knowledgeable, and mildly helpful.

Officers are knowledgeable and helpful. Be careful with the lady on the phone. She set up my app with one city, called to confirm and told me that I scheduled at a different location than at the app's time With attitude told me I need to go to another location. Very hard to talk to.

Lady answering the phone is very rude, i tried to be polite. She keeps rushing and when i told her give me a second to note the appointment time she hung up. Thank god it was through the phone and not in person or i would've created a whole scene.

The lady at the desk was rude. Asked me what I wanted with an attitude when I was trying to be polite. I asked about inspections and she told me they don’t do state inspections. Then dismissed me without giving any helpful information on where else I could go. It’s not like google is very helpful. I have to drive to 4 or 5 different places that on google say they do inspections. Only to find out in person they don’t. It’s a frustrating experience all around.

Super disappointed ☹️ 😠 I bought a truck and a car and fix everything airbags and put all parts new and tock all paperwork and brought everything that i was supposed to bcuz ive always take my salvage cars there n nd haven’t had any denies in the past years until this past inspections and theirs this short lady that was really rude and denied my inspections for no damn reasons but other staff is always been very friendly except for her she got on me like she was racist or anything like that! Bad bad service on her 😒
