“I had a critical situation with my car, and this team handled it flawlessly! am so bad with names and wish I could list everyone individually, but the entire team brought so much positive energy and love to the experience. They arranged a incredibly helpful pick-up and drop-off service, which saved my day. Despite the severity of the issue, they completed the entire repair in less than 4 hours. Fast, professional, and amazing customer service—highly recommend!"

UPDATE 7/3/26 Another great experience at Natick Gas Auto Repair! These guys are great and so helpful. This time I needed a pair of tires and the exhaust fixed, and Sunny was very fair and prompt. I will continue to bring my family's cars here. Thank you! I have gone to Natick Gas Auto repair on different occasions. They have fixed my kids cars numerous times. (A/C recharge, brakes, water pump). Sunny and the whole team there are very professional and very quick with results. They are very detailed explaining what they are going to do. They are very fair and helpful . They have always been great when I needed them. I highly recommend them.

I just had to come in for a last minute appointment to fix my headlights and check my tire pressure. Sunny and his team were super kind, reassuring, and efficient with getting the job done. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend to everyone.

Someone at my gym this morning actually told me, “I’ve heard not to ever go there.” But I decided to try it anyway, and I’m so glad I did. I was in and out in about 15 minutes for my MA state inspection. My experience was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts and Panera Bread right next to it for a coffee fix, too. 5/5 stars and highly recommend!

If I could rate this ZERO STARS, I would have. Been going to this gas station for 4 years now on a regular basis, as it is right down the street from where I work. Never had any issues or problems and the manager was always friendly and gave great customer service... Then, they recently changed to "Full Serve" gas only. Since then, I have had TERRIBLE experiences EVERY SINGLE TIME. The first time, an employee who I was not familiar with, pumped my gas after handing him my card and asked for $30 in gas. My card was charged $56. Only got $30 worth of gas. I chalked it up to him possibly being new and it being a mistake. My card would not reimburse the difference because they said it was on the gas station's end and there was nothing my card company could do. Friday night (May 29th approx. 7pm-7:15pm) after I get out of work we were almost out of gas and that was the closest gas station. The manger was the one pumping the gas. I asked for $20 and handed him my card. I had a bad gut feeling going there because of what happened last time but we were so low on gas we had no option. As he is pumping I look at my debit card account and see that I was AGAIN charged $56 and only received $20 worth of gas. Politely mentioned it to him as he is pumping and he was immediately dismissive and giving me attitude before I could even finish explaining. I told him that this happened last time I used my card (and this has only been an issue since they changed to "Full Service" gas. It got a little heated after he told me "if I don't like what he charges, to go somewhere else". Now, if he knows this is an ongoing issue with customers, I feel he should at the very least put a sign up or tell customers before they hand him a card. He told me to take it up with my card company and they'll reimburse, but they didn't and explained last time that it was something on the gas station's end (as if the gas station is putting this extra charge on). Aside from being robbed of my money, he was so rude and dismissive and then my sister chimed into the argument between me and the manager and he was SO RUDE, especially where I've been coming to him for 4 years now and I'm very polite because I've always worked in Customer Service (even when I'm being treated awfully, I bite my tounge and try to let it go in one ear and out the other, but both my sisters and I were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by the way he dismissed the issue before I could even finish one sentence and then he's swearing and screaming at us (which prompted my sister to argue back at him, which I'll admit did not help the situation) but if I saw and heard a customer being talked to like that after asking a simple question like "why am I always charged $56 ever since you changed to Full Service?" I would feel the need to defend them as well. Anyway, PLEASE JUST USE CASH AT THIS GAS STATION OR ASK IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE CHARGED EXTRA WITH NO WAY TO GET THE DIFFERENCE RECONCILED!!!! The manger truly does not care and it seems way too sketchy. I know some card and gas stations have holds etc but this is very different and again ONLY since they've switched to Full Service. I thought the first time was a mistake but it wasn't. Anyway, rant over.

Dishonest. I really wanted to like this shop as it is convenient and their mechanics seems to know what they are doing. The front person quoted me a price of tire rotation of $30, which is straightforward but then charged me $50 when he rang me up. I couldn't see the the receipt until after I paid and then I addressed the discrepancy. He said "I don't know" and looked away. Since the amount was only a $20 difference, I didn't escalate further and paid the higher cost. This experience left me wondering what additional dishonest practices could happen here.
